Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ulcinj

The booked house was not available, but we got another house near the sea and a supermarket. The house, the location was great! We felt very comfortable and would come back again at any time. Communication with Dritan was great! He had great recommendations for beach clubs, restaurants, etc. He knows his way around the area!

Shiroka is a beautiful place to stay and this villa has views from all the many balconies. It is a large villa, the rooms are generously sized. My kids loved having the 3 bedrooms on the upper level to themselves and my husband and I took the bedroom on the main level. We really appreciated the huge garage to park our car inside. I loved walking around Shiroka right from the villa. It is in the ideal location. The house has a washer machine and a dryer! I would have loved a dishwasher, but with all the restaurants nearby we didn't really need to cook. I would stay here again.

The property really exceeds expectations - the house is on the cliff with fantastic views from the balconies and the porch. In the place, we found all we need. Stairs lead you down to the small beach. Access from the road is very easy and the parking space is big and convenient. In walking distance you can easily find all you need; also the big supermarket is in 15 minutes drive from Dobra Voda in the Bar. In 10 minute walk along the seaside, you can get to a number of nice restaurants and a public beach that we did not use as it is very crowded. At check-in, we were met by Valeria's co-host Marina who introduced us to the house and showed us all facilities, and explanted the rules. Rules were very easy - we can do whatever we want. She also advised us of the local restaurant in the mountains that turned out to be the best in town - we really loved it. She was also very helpful with small household questions during our stay. Basically, the house is exactly as described. 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen. There is a washing machine and small fridge on the second floor. The fridge was extremely helpful to keep whisky, coke, and water that you can have sitting on the balcony. I recommend the place and the host without any reservations. My daughter and I are very thankful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in such a beautiful place and such a beautiful town. Valeria and Marina, thank you very much!

The housing was super nice and we felt immediately at home. It’s super spacious and has everything you need. Allda answers almost immediately and is very helpful and kind. It was a really nice stay in would recommend. Would come again.

We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

Everything was great, the gas has everything you need. There are a couple of beaches within the walking distance with clean water. Olga was extremely helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay! As a group of 2 families (4 adults, 4 children) we had plenty of space and you couldn't ask for a better view. The kids spent a whole day exploring, playing and just being kids and it was fantastic. We even braved a swim in the waterfall! Yes, the road takes some confidence to tackle but it is 100% worth it. Amazing spot and wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed our stay thanks to Boris tips! He's super reactive and always willing to lend a hand if needed. The place is beautiful, we were overcome by a feeling of peace! It's well equipped (we were 6 and the house was super comfortable) and highly recommended as a good starting point to visit Montenegro. Thanks Boris!

This was a great stay, I had thought it might be hard to find, as addresses in Albania sometimes on Google maps don’t take you to the exact place but that wasn’t the case here. I found the place right away, instructions were clear, really clean and organized and it was a very nice area; walkable to different stores and lots to do. Would easily choose to stay here again in the future.

Very nice place. Spacious 4 bedrooms. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom small, but perfectly adequate and apparently only recently renovated. Washing machine and extra toilet upstairs very advantageous. Views wonderful with sea view. Katarina is a great guest. Always available and flexible. Always a friendly word on your lips and helpful. We had a lovely 2 weeks. Thank you.

It was the most beautiful vacation I’ve ever had in my life. I went with my girlfriend, whom I love more than anything, and we had the best holiday of our lives. The host, Oleg, is a wonderful person, and his wife is also amazing. Montenegro was the most beautiful place for a vacation. We felt like we were in paradise. It’s a place everyone should visit at least once in their life.

Very good communication, the owner was quick to respond to messages. Beautiful balcony with sea and sunset views. Spacious rooms. Upon arrival, there were some cobwebs and dust, and the place is not directly on the sea as advertised. You have to climb stairs or a fairly sharp descent, but it's quite close. Two very good eateries in the area by the sea. Small peaceful village - peace and quiet!!! - huge plus looking at nearby towns full of people, chaos and traffic! Quiet and starry skies in the evenings. Air conditioning in the kitchen and bedroom. Very nice owners. Recommended!

Beautiful stay with amazing views and really great amenities. Dora’s father was so kind and welcoming, giving us lots of drinks and even goats cheese. Couldn’t have been happier with the place :))

They were the kindest hosts who helped us throughout our trip, providing us with very helpful local information as well as going out of their way to look for lost property. Would have given 6 stars if possible! Lovely people with just as lovely an apartment. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely holiday in Anna's apartment. It had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We were 5 people, three adults and two boys. The outdoor area were our favorite place to spend our evenings. Anna's mum lives on the top floor, she welcomed us when we arrived and showed us around. She doesn't speak English, but any questions we had Anna would answer us straight away. Anna's mum Elena were still very helpful and kind. She provided us with towls to take to the beach. She also surprised us with berries and tomatoes. So we can really recommend Anna's apartment. We had 16 days in Montenegro and enjoyed every day. We had a hire car and it was great with off street parking as well. The local restaurants in walking distance to the apartment had a good variety of food as well. Regarding driving in Montenegro, most drivers there drive like they have stolen both the car and their licence. Luckily we did not have any accidents, but saw and heard of several others who did. It is kind of difficult to get around there whiteout a car, So drive carefully.

Aleksandra was an excellent, attentive host. We arrived later than hoped and Aleksandra went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The property is even better in person - highly recommend. Wonderful, safe location with an unbelievable view.

The place is beautiful, just as it appears in the pictures. check in & out where smooth. A great Quiet & Private place to stay while still being just outside a city if you want to buy stuff or go to restaurants and also a short drive to the beach. perfect place for a holiday

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful new villa in the north of Albania. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly hosts, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. Communication via Airbnb was very good. The villa is perfect for a large group or multiple families and offers a great view of Lake Skoder. There is a lakeside beach within walking distance, as well as cozy restaurants and cafes nearby. For groceries, you need to travel a bit further, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Montenegro is within driving distance and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a clean and relaxing vacation!

We were very satisfied with Olga's place, each room has an air conditioning, it was extremely clean and the view from the balconies was breathtaking. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was even a barbecue. We had some trouble getting there, as it is a new development area and poorly signposted. With the help of the assistant Marina, however, it could be found. Marina is a very friendly and helpful person and was available at all times. A lovely, big house for a larger group or extended family.

Villa Viko is a beautiful house for a vacation for a big family in Montenegro. That was our fourth vacation in this country, and this house was the best considering our bookings there. The villa has a good location if you have a car. There is one 5 min drive to Maljevik beach, 5 min to Sutomore downtown, and 11 min to Zapa beach. The house is in good condition. It's clean, cozy, and comfortable. The owner's care feels everywhere. Here is a rare case when reality matches the pictures. All equipment (AC, dishwasher, washer, coffee machine) is in working condition. There were all must-haves per my own checklist: - parking space, - AC in every room, - large dining table for a big family, - crib and highchair, - dishwasher and washing machine, - night blinds in bedrooms, - outside lounge for morning coffee. We are very thankful to Tatiana and Vadim for their hosting, care, and kindness. During our vacation, our car broke and one of my kids got sick, Tatiana and Vadim were always ready to help. With Tatiana and Vadim, you are not going to be left alone with your problems in another country. Tatiana and Vadim thank you a lot! We had a great time at your house!

The villa was beautiful. The lady that showed us around was kind and helpful. We managed with my school French and she was very patient. Shops and wonderful restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk away but it’s still so peaceful. The front courtyard smells divine. A wonderful stay
