Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Fantastic apartment with 66 m² in the middle of Neu-Ulm on the Danube for rent. The apartment is fully furnished and can be occupied by 4 people. You also have a fully equipped kitchen with induction, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (Tassimo) and dishes. In addition to the box spring bed (2 m x 1.80 m) in the sleeping area, the two sofas in the living room can each be pulled out into a 2 m x 1 m bed with slatted frame. The terrace is freely accessible to all guests!

After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in unserer ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Auf 65m² findet eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.

The modern bright apartment (90 m²) is in the center of Bernstadt. A bakery with breakfast café is right in front of the house. To Ulm and the science city, you can drive by car without traffic in 15 minutes, to Legoland also 15 minutes. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a panoramic view over the Swabian Alps.
