Modern apartment looking at Ulm Münster

Beautiful, bright apartment on the 2nd floor with lift. In the room there is a large bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) for 1-2 persons TV with cable TV and WiFi You live directly in Neu-Ulm. Within walking distance it is about 7 minutes to the center in Ulm and the Ulm Münster and to the train station it is also only 3 minutes. There are nice small cafés, bakeries, restaurants and a shopping center around the corner. We are happy to give you tips for leisure activities in Ulm and around Ulm. See you soon in Neu-Ulm

Quiet apartment with its own entrance and parking space

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen can also be reached in 20-25 minutes. Ulm is 15 km and there you have a lot of opportunities to pass the time. If you want to get more in the nature, you can visit the ice age caves in the Lonetal and Achtal valleys. A parking space is directly on the property. In the village, there is a bakery and a butcher. Other shopping possibilities are in about 6km.
