Holiday rentals with a patio in Ulmen

We were with our daughter (4 months) in the accommodation and enjoyed the time very much. Everything is lovingly furnished and every little thing has been thought of. The baby utensils were also helpful for us:) We especially liked the sauna and the old building flair ☺️ Koblenz is only 20 minutes away.

The balcony offers an unobstructed view, perfect for relaxing. The city of Zulpich is full of charm, with plenty of nice little restaurants and shops to discover. And as a bonus, Phantasialand is nearby! A big thank you for this welcome, everything was perfect.

We spent a weekend at Julia and Juri's place and felt very comfortable. The apartment is furnished with attention to detail and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Moselle. Communication with Julia and Juri was flawless. The place itself is very quiet, but a supermarket was accessible in a few minutes by car. Highly recommended for a weekend. For a longer stay, you should know that there is no dishwasher in the kitchen.

The apartment is located in a very nice and quiet suburb of Bonn. You can go on many great excursions here by car. The accommodation is awesome. The pictures can only partially reflect the panorama of the large living room and the terrace. It feels like being in a Jurassic Park movie. Despite the proximity to the forest and nature, it is a modern house and the apartment had complete and modern furnishings. Larisa was friendly and always available. Unfortunately, we only stayed at the property for one night. We would have liked to stay longer, would also like to come back and recommend the accommodation without reservation! Thank you also for making the booking possible at short notice!

We were completely satisfied. A great place to stay that we would book again and again. Dominik was always directly accessible and friendly. In addition, he also proactively reported with useful information about the accommodation. :-)

I stayed one night in transit and it was extremely clean, had all the amenities I could imagine, and was comfortable. The furniture was well-thought-out and of excellent quality, unlike flimsy IKEA furniture. The kitchen was well-stocked, with frozen items provided. The hosts were extremely friendly and kind! I would love to stay there again and would recommend it to anyone!

We had a very nice stay. The apartment is equipped with all comforts, there is a nice bed in it and the children's room was very nicely decorated. The only disadvantage was that the children's room does not have blackout curtains. Furthermore, very satisfied with our stay.

The place was very clean, we had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and it's very spacious. We would definitely return!

The house is beautiful, inside and out. It has been renovated and furnished with great attention to detail. There is also a fantastic garden, with some places to sit outside. We really didn't miss anything here and we would have liked to just stay here.

The accommodation is a safe bet. For us four guys who meet once a year, this great house with the wonderful garden and the magnificent forest view offers everything we need to spend a few days together.

5 friends and I rented this place for a week to visit the surrounding areas and the Nurburgring from the UK, absolutely beautiful home with everything you need, lots of parking we parked 4 cars but had room for more! the owners were friendly and very responsive to messages, if you’re looking for a peaceful home away from home look no further as this is the place! Will be coming back in the coming years 😁

We were with 2 couples 5 days in Christian's house and everything was perfectly fine : very spacious, more than enough household goods, a beautiful garden and so much more. The owner and owner respect your privacy and ask after a while if everything is going well. For us, the perfect approach. Don't hesitate to book here.

We had a wonderful stay in this very special house! It is restored with so much love for detail – everywhere you discover beautiful individual pieces and art objects that give the place its own charm. The location in a quiet, small side alley is ideal to switch off and enjoy the romantic flair of the place. A small highlight was the welcome drink in the in-house vinotheque – a really nice start to the holiday! The vinotheques and restaurants in the surrounding area are absolutely recommended, as are the numerous opportunities for excursions and hiking in the surrounding area. The hosts were warm and helpful – you immediately feel welcome. For us, it was the perfect combination of peace, culture, enjoyment and nature. We will definitely be back!

what a wonderful place to stay in spring with our family (children 4 and 7 years). can take beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity. supermarket 10 minutes of drive. Lovely large garden where the children could play freely. the house itself was also super, spacious, clean, two bathrooms, play area for the children upstairs. just very pleasant. Highly recommended for young families!

This beautiful apartment is perfectly located. You have a clear view of the Moselle and the castle Arras as well as Alf and the whole afternoon and evening the sun on the terrace/balcony. There are sufficient seating options (chairs and loungers) available. The apartment is in a quiet location, you have a large parking space by the Moselle, but you can also use the existing carport (not suitable for sports cars or for lower vehicles). The residents of the house are all very warm and barely noticeable. In addition to the accommodation, you can try/buy the right Moselle wine directly from winegrowers. Numerous restaurants are located in the vicinity. The Edeka is also within walking distance. Bullay is ideal for day trips to the south as well as to the north of the Moselle. We can recommend this listing and are already looking forward to the next stay in Bullay an der Mosel.

The apartment certainly met our expectations: everything is exactly as in the photos, very clean and all amenities available. It is located in a quiet area, but from Mehring you can reach the beautiful city of Trier in half an hour by car. Thank you Carsten and Sabine

We stayed for three nights and loved the experience. We were looking for a quiet, peaceful, and secluded area where we could truly rest. The surroundings are breathtaking and so serene—day or night! The property was fully fenced, so our dog could run freely. Their dogs were very friendly and got along well with ours in the shared garden. They always let us know and asked first before letting their dogs out. Amazing people really. Truly worth every penny! I would definitely return to this property!
