Welcome to this newly built house in Örnsköldsvik, the heart of the High Coast. Here you can enjoy the forest in front of the house or the sea behind. Nice bike paths nearby and a sea bath for the public a few hundred meters away as well as a jetty during the summer in close proximity to the house, 2 SUPs and 2 bikes are available as well as an inflatable kayak and pool (May-September). Inflatable extra beds are available. The house has 2 double beds as well as a bed that is 140 cm wide. 2 living rooms and spacious surfaces.

The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.

From the cottage you are very close to fishing waters and hiking trails. Other things that are in the vicinity of the cottage are the moose farm in Balsjö, beautiful balberget, the suspension bridge in the lagsnose.
