Relax with the whole family in this peaceful holiday home 15 minutes from Umeå Airport and 20 minutes from Umeå C. The cottage is located by the sea in Holmsund. With your own boat (boat included), you can get to the island in 3 minutes, it is about 200 meters to the mainland. Grocery store is 5 minutes away. Sauna, relaxation area and wood-fired hot tub are part of what is offered. Outdoor shower with hot water. Cinderella incineration toilet in separate building. Private jetty. SUP, kayak, fishing equipment are available to borrow.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. In the middle of the cities of Umeå and Skellefteå is this house in the countryside, near the community of Robertsfors. There is a golf course, bathhouse, shops, art gallery and museum. Three miles away is the nice slalom slope in Bygdsiljum. Two miles in the other direction is a wonderful shallow sandy beach. Buses take you to the cities just 150 meters from the house. Then come home to the hot tub and a sauna overlooking the night sky. In the house there are also toys.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.
