Monthly Rentals in Union Gap

Our Bridmar Apt. #206 was easy to find and exactly what we were looking for our weekend getaway: quiet, super clean and comfy bed. Communication with Diane was easy and quick. Entry codes were provided in advance and entry was easy. Top tip: to use the elevator enter via the right door. When entering through the left door, there’s a lovely waft of clean herbal scents from the adjacent soap store. We were not cooking lavish meals so the provided kitchen equipment fit the bill and the apt-sized dishwasher was a nice perk! There were a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance and we were comfortable walking at night. Parking was a little restrictive right in front of the building (be sure to read the signage) but we found convenient, free, parking a block away near the Franz Bakery. The only negative we have is the shower curtain liner should probably be replaced. We’d definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay at this bnb! The master bathtub was especially a highlight. The host, Brenda, was quick to respond when we had questions during our stay. The home feels clean and open. We also appreciated the abundance of extra blankets available in the master closet, board games in the living room, and a blender for my morning smoothies! :)

We stayed in Yakima while my daughter was playing in a softball tournament. The bed was comfortable, amenities were as described, and the neighborhood felt safe. Would absolutely stay here again.

Joeys apartment was the perfect place for our small family. Located in a breathtaking landscape, absolutely private, nicely decorated and clean, with all necessities you’ll need for your stay. Also, Joey assisted wonderfully and within seconds when we had a medical issue with our little daughter. Overall, place & host were an unbeatable experience for us!
