Great cozy single bedroom stay in Grandview if youre looking for an extended stay right outside downtown KC. Chris is a very helpful & attentive host. I definitely would love to be able to stay again & I recommend to anyone else looking for a nice affordable private nook to stay in. I just want to say thank you again to Chris for being so gracious with his property & hospitable in the way he treats his guests. Look forward to coming back to KC soon :)

We had the best time! So beautiful and relaxing to sit outside and watch the sunset. We loved the hammocks and cows and the room was comfortable with everything we needed! The perfect place to spend quality time together!

It was a great place to stay! The kids loved the farm animals. Especially the flock of chickens that greeted us upon arrival. We purchased a bar of goat milk soap that was great. Really appreciated the farm fresh eggs.
