Great stay lots of fun games and great location!!!

Wenjie went above and beyond, offing local recommendations, and responding quickly to questions. Check in was a breeze, and they worked with us the whole way. We couldn’t be happier with the place, it was decorated nicely, very clean, had plenty of space, and was in walking distance to many places to eat and things to do. The outdoor area was fantastic, and had tons of amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t be more pleased.

Allison and Cody were excellent hosts. Very communicative and detail oriented. The home was beautiful and so calming. The pool was wonderful on the warm days we were there. Would gladly stay there again!

We had a great stay. The location is close to everything you want to do downtown, but also quiet and peaceful. There are great walkable restaurants too. The hot tub and outdoor area is wonderful!!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this amazing private home with my wife and our two kids! The kiddos were in heaven, and the game room and country-style pool in the back were the highlights of our trip! We had a blast playing games and splashing around. The charming 80s decor was such a delightful throwback and instantly brought back wonderful childhood memories for me. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. A huge thank you for hosting our family! We can’t wait to return for another unforgettable experience!

Good location with easy access to plenty of restaurants, bars, breweries, etc. House was clean and had everything you could need for your stay.

My stay at The Overlook was very relaxing and peaceful. The house is stocked with all the amenities needed to feel like a home away from home. I loved the gourmet kitchen. The appliances and gadgets are all top quality. I loved the fancy coffee maker and there is also a beautiful espresso maker if you’re into that. The hosts made it easy by providing ground coffee in the fridge as well as creamer! The upstairs bathroom has a beautiful shower and is fully equipped with everything you need. The bed I slept in was comfortable and the linens spotless. The decor is tasteful with a fun Austin/Texas theme. The yard is fenced and private. This house is the perfect place to stay if you want to be near all that Austin has to offer but also want to have a comfortable home-base to come back to and recharge your batteries!

Excellent space. Spacious and beautiful. Great design. Crystal was accurate and clear in all communication. . They had everything we needed and more. So many appliances we would have loved to use if we had more time. Easy to access and near so many great restaurants. Quiet neighborhood even though it's in the popular East side. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We'll be back.

We loved this cute little house in Austin! It was so comfortable and cozy. The location is great and central to everything and even though it’s close to the highway we barely heard any traffic noise. Jennifer is a fantastic host and was so responsive to any question that I had. She went above and beyond to fix an AC issue and make sure we were comfortable. Absolutely would stay again!

Lee was very accommodating for our stay. The beds were so comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Also loved the area of town it was in - close to walking trails and lots of fun things to do. We will be back!

A perfect space. In a walkable area and also very peaceful. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and everything was very clean. It felt like home right away. Highly recommend!

This really neat place was great for a family of four! We were able to settle and rest between fun Austin events. The location provides easy access to downtown and cool east Austin spots. Everything was stocked, maintained and as advertised. The massive tree outside covers 4 different yards! Meg was quick to respond during booking and checkout. Recommend!

Anish was amazing. We stayed here for 4 months while my wife finished her degree in Ut. We loved the area, the homey feel of anish’s home and how quick Anish was to respond to any of our questions. Would stay again!

This house and neighborhood are absolutely beautiful. It was easy to get to anywhere in Austin from here, all while being a peaceful getaway. If the heat is a concern for you, trust me the AC works perfectly.

We had a great stay! The space was thoughtfully designed—little details like light switches and shelving within arm’s reach of the bed made it extra convenient and comfortable. The vaulted ceiling in the bedroom gave it a spacious, airy feel, and the whole place was bright and well lit. The location was fantastic—an easy walk to great coffee, food, and shops. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The management team is very responsive and friendly. Close to a lot of cool places and restaurants. It was clean, well decorated and comfortable. Absolutely would recommend.
