Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

The place is lovely! Great location and great chalet. Everything was really great. The only point that irritated us a bit was the check-in and check-out times. Check-in is only from 4 PM.. although we were only able to arrive later due to work, but checking out at 10 AM is quite sporty.. We didn't really have this on our radar and overslept, so I contacted the host and explained that we overslept and would only check out around 10:30 AM. At 10:25 AM a man knocks and without further words he goes into the chalet to clean the hot tub. No hello or goodbye. Of course, you would have to pay attention to the times yourself when booking, this got lost with us. Nevertheless, everything else was great and I can definitely recommend the place!

This apartment is as pictured. Very clean and inviting. You do have to park about a short block from the apartment and if you want to use the laundry, you have to pay for it, but the location is great. It is close to Salzburg without the city crowds. The views are amazing and there is shopping close if you want to cook. The 1.5 baths are nice and the pool is great. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a clean apartment outside of the city limits of Salzburg.

We had a wonderful week. The cottage run by Maikel and Britt is beautiful and very well located in a medium mountain setting (1350 m) located at the foot of the Hochkönig in a bucolic and relaxing setting. Maikel and Britt are very welcoming and friendly, always present for good advice. The cottage is very clean, spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The sauna is very useful after a good walk. The village of Mühlbarch am Hochkönig is located downstairs 5 km away in a small valley in the center of many hikes and also a family ski resort. We would recommend it.

A beautiful, large, comfortable, quiet well-stocked and relaxing space in a gorgeous setting, exactly like in the photos. Christine is an experienced, kind-hearted and warm host who greeted us warmly and took a lot of time to introduce us to the area. She even and drove us around to point out sights, restaurants and parking. We could easily take a 30 min bus right into Salzburg one day and also drive to a choice of beautiful lakes, in addition to many nearby sights and hikes.

I would highly recommend this place! Really perfect as a group trip. The place is very lovingly decorated and contains everything that is needed! We especially loved the warm barrel!

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation and the hosts! The place are beautiful and clean. The environment in the middle of the mountains is beautiful and invites you to relax. The accommodation has a beautiful and also very clean wellness area, which offers everything you want. There is a natural pool, a large sauna and a whirlpool. We will come back and thank you for the great time!!

We spent one night with six in Aster Häusl. After skiing, we first went to the wellness area, which we all enjoyed very much. The view from the infinity pool is truly impressive. Breakfast the next morning was excellent – freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious cheese, and fresh salmon were included. The staff were very accommodating throughout from the introduction to our cabin to checkout, and we felt completely comfortable. Definitely a recommendation!

The house is located in a very nice location in the middle of the meadows and has a nice garden. The interior is spacious and clean. Gisela is a helpful and kind host. Highly recommended

Great apartment and johannes responded very quickly to our question! 30 mins walk but we found the bus 5 mins walk away, no 3 and no 8! Salzburg was amazing, will definitely come back!

theresia is a wonderful hostess and showed us the house. any time we needed anything, she responded quickly. her sister was available to show us how to use the washer and dryer. we enjoyed our stay on the farm!

We were in Maria Alm in January 2025 to ski. The apartment is very quietly located on the northern edge of the city center of Maria Alm. Oliver was a friendly host, the apartment was in perfect order, clean, spacious and very nice, especially with the most necessary things, furnished. We felt very comfortable. Oliver had good tips for restaurants and shopping. A parking place is also available. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Natrunbahn. At the valley station there is a super modern ski depot and you don't always have to carry the skis back and forth. All in all, excellent. Thank you. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice vacation in Elfriede's apartment. The apartment was very nice, everything tip-top and clean, everything you need was available. There was also a very nice large terrace. There is a small supermarket, a village café, a restaurant by the lake where you can eat well. Everything is easily accessible. Our dog also felt very comfortable. We had very nice and welcome days at the farm of Brigitte & family. The apartment in the attic is larger than it looks in the pictures, is very clean and offers everything you need for a cozy stay. The location is great in itself, in a quiet side street and you can reach everything in Bernau on foot and relaxed. But you also have to know that you can hear the highway at night; not extremely, but it is there. :-) We will still be happy to come back!

We had the very best time in the apartment! Everything was super clean and very well equipped. The pool was particularly convenient in the same building. The location is great – in a few minutes you will be at the lake or at the Schafbergbahn. Ideal if you like to hike or just enjoy nature. Check-in was totally straightforward and the host was super helpful – with lots of great tips for excursions and restaurants around. The view from the balcony to the mountains was also particularly beautiful – simply fantastic. We would come back anytime!

The accommodation is cute, very pleasant, well equipped with in addition to what to occupy on rainy days (books, board games...) not to mention the ancillary activities available (swimming pool, sauna, solarium, fitness, children's game room, ping pong table). In addition it is conveniently located at the crossroads of cities such as Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck. Oberaudorf alone is worth a visit and especially as Tyrol is within reach to vary the excursions. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing stay in Germany. It was a little piece of paradise.

This apartment was a gem! The scenery was gorgeous. Our place was spotless and the blinds and patio were awesome. Christina was very communicative and quick to respond. She even left suckers on the kids’ pillows. The kids garden and pool were also very nice. I would recommend this place to others.

Katrin's place is great for a getaway. She made us feel right at home quickly and provided lots of recommendations in the area. We will have to visit again as there were so many nice things to do. The house was cosy and the outdoor space was great to relax.

The place fully met expectations. The apartment was clean and spacious. There was nothing lacking. We used the bread roll service and it worked well. The parking lot was right in front of the terrace door, which made packing and unpacking very easy. There are many leaflets and brochures in the building itself. It was easy to get information.

Was a perfect place to start our Austria vacation. Was great to stay in the apartment with kitchen so we could cook for ourselves after long days of skiing. And the spa areas were a great way to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

We spent very nice holidays in Maria Alm, also thanks to the great apartment! The apartment is ideal for two adults with one or two younger children - not large, but very cozy and lovingly decorated. The pool in the basement is a bit outdated, but still in great shape and another plus. In the apartment itself there was everything you need. Since you arrive by car anyway, it is no problem that you have to bring your own bed linen and towels. The kitchen is super well equipped (induction stove, large freezer, lots of cookware...). And the absolute highlight: the view! I would have loved to take the balcony with the mountain view with me. 😉 Communication, information about check-in was all tiptop. 😊 If it works out, we'd love to come back.
