Casa Elia is a detached building with private parking and the possibility of a closed garage for motorcycles and bicycles, large garden with table and chairs ideal for your moments of relaxation. The house offers you the tranquility of a small town a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore, the Ossola Valleys and the Toce cycle path. Bikes, a crib with bars, a high chair and outdoor games are available for guests. The accommodation is on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen (equipped with linens and dishes).

"Mozzio Antica" is an ancient residence located in the historic center of the small hamlet. Mozzio di Crodo (VB), in the mountains of the Antigorio Valley, at an altitude of 820 meters above sea level. In 2015 it was renovated with the utmost care and attention and in accordance with the local architecture, giving it delicate tones and precious details. It is a detached mountain house with an exclusive garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley, equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay.

A villa immersed in tranquility and nature, set in a large park of an ancient villa overlooking the Val d'Ossola. The accommodation consists of a large and cozy independent studio, an open space of about 30 sqm just renovated, with a view of the garden. It is located in the small village of Creggio, at the foot of the medieval tower of the same name and the municipality of Trontano, in a strategic position, close to the entrance of the Vigezzo Valley and just a 5-minute drive from the center of Domodossola.

Traditional Chalet Julia! There is a bus stop almost right in front of the building, and you can reach the fantastic Saas-Grund ski and hiking area within 12 minutes (highly recommended!!!) This charming accommodation in a former farmhouse awaits guests who are looking for a unique holiday experience. A steep footpath leads from the village to the house in around 8 minutes. Access by car is not possible in winter. If it snows, you can take a sleigh or skis from the village directly to the house. On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.

Cozy chalet by a stream with wonderful mountain views. Garden area with barbecue and terrace. Sandbox for children. Parking space for 2 cars. Central location. Train station, cable cars and shopping within walking distance. Tenants of the house are allowed to book the offers of the Gstaadcard. The house does not have central heating, the fireplace is fired with wood. Works wonderfully!
