Casa Elia is a detached building with private parking and the possibility of a closed garage for motorcycles and bicycles, large garden with table and chairs ideal for your moments of relaxation. Bikes, a crib with bars, a high chair and outdoor games are available for guests. The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

Charming farmhouse with mountain views

This charming accommodation in a former farmhouse awaits guests who are looking for a unique holiday experience. A steep footpath leads from the village to the house in around 8 minutes. Access by car is not possible in winter. If it snows, you can take a sleigh or skis from the village directly to the house. On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.

A small chalet all alone

Cozy chalet by a stream with wonderful mountain views. Garden area with barbecue and terrace. Sandbox for children. Parking space for 2 cars. Central location. Train station, cable cars and shopping within walking distance. Tenants of the house are allowed to book the offers of the Gstaadcard. The house does not have central heating, the fireplace is fired with wood. Works wonderfully!
