The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Our modern, quiet 2-room apartment with 70 square meters, which is located on our well-kept equestrian farm, was completed in 2024. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a box spring bed and a large wardrobe. In the living and dining room, there is a spacious living area and a cozy dining table in addition to a fully equipped kitchen. In the bathroom, there is a walk-in rain shower. In front of the entrance area there is a seating area at your disposal.

With two lakes and lots of nature, Unterföhring also offers many opportunities for a break. A kitchen is not provided.
