The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Gemütliche 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit riesiger Dachterrasse und Donaublick! Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern und einer Wohnküche. Das Badezimmer beinhaltet eine Badewanne und eine zusätzliche separate Dusche. Frische Handtücher, Seife, Lotion und Hygieneartikel sind hier selbstverständlich vorhanden. Beide Schlafzimmer sind mit einem 1,80 Meter Bett und frischer Baumwollbettwäsche ausgestattet. Die Küche beinhaltet alles Notwendige zum Kochen und für Tee und Kaffee ist auch gesorgt.

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss eines historischen Altstadthauses an der Donau. Der Bäcker ist im Haus, alles Weitere erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Unter dem Dach mit sichtbaren Balken entsteht eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Von den Fenstern Blick Richtung Donau und auf den grünen Hang. Zentrale Lage in Passau: Altstadt, Donaupromenade mit Schiffen sowie Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Umgebung.

The small room is partially furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship post office from 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. The Danube cycle path leads past the house. In addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to cross to Austria by ferry or to travel to Linz or Passau by steamer.
