Well maintained, whole house in Unterhaching. Less than 15 minutes by suburban train from downtown. The house with about 110 m² has on the ground floor a bedroom, a living-dining room, a kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bath/shower. Upstairs on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and washing facilities. In the basement there is washing machine and dryer. The property is in a very quiet residential area. Shopping and S-Bahn are within walking distance.

The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.
