Auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner gehören zu dem Apartment. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut. Zum Bus sind es 4 Minuten und zur S-Bahn 11 Minuten (jeweils zu Fuß). Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

The apartment is located in the attic of our beautiful semi-detached house in a quiet and very good residential area surrounded by greenery. Free street parking is available in front of the house.
