Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Urig und echt. Unser Tiroler Holzfällerhaus auf 1000 m Seehöhe ist ein sogenanntes Söllhaus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert, innen komplett renoviert und alle sanitären Anlagen inkl. Bodenheizungen in den Bädern neu installiert. Bushaltestelle u. mit Bus/Auto max. 3 min. zum direkten Einstieg zur Gondelbahn Skijuwel Alpbachtal/Wildschönau. Nachhaltiger sanfter Wintertourismus aber auch Ski-Action pur. Direkt von der Hütte die Tourenski anschnallen und die Gipfel in den Kitzbüheler Alpen erklimmen.

Hier kann man entspannt seinen Urlaub genießen, egal ob im Winter mit den unzähligen Wintersportmöglichkeiten oder im Sommer mit etlichen Wandermöglichkeiten und Badeseen. Die SkiWelt ist in 2 Min mit dem Auto zu erreichen, oder man geht 400 Meter zu Fuß startet seinen Skitag direkt auf der Abfahrt.
