We are located I Schwoich Dorf (Village), in the heart of the Austrian Alps- within driving distance from Innsbruck (75 km), Kitzbuhl (22 km), Kufstein (5 km) and many other beautiful Alpine towns and resorts. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

Our cozy holiday apartment offers you a wonderful view of the mountains - especially the Wilder Kaiser. The apartment is quietly located and is divided into a large entrance hall with a wardrobe, two cozy bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. For your daily needs, there is a supermarket and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. The historic town of Kufstein can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

Bichlhütte

This quaint alpine hut is located on a small clearing in the middle of the forest in a secluded location. The cottage can accommodate up to 10 people and is fully equipped. There is running water and hot water available. There is electricity on the cottage, which is generated and stored by a PV system. (Here, the existing energy must be used sparingly) Those looking for an adventurous and nature-oriented accommodation will have their pleasure here.

The 60 m² apartment with high-quality amenities is very centrally located and is at ground level with private access. The old town of Kufstein, as well as all public transport, is within a three-minute walk. Spacious living-sleeping area with desk, recliner, smart TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen-living room with sofa bed is separated. We are happy to accommodate your wishes and decorate for romantic occasions, birthdays or surprises for your loved ones.

The nearest bus stop and a very good Tyrolean inn are within 5 minutes' walking distance. Numerous hiking opportunities, beautiful natural lakes and bike paths can be found in the immediate vicinity. The "Wilder Kaiser" ski resort is only 20 km away. You can reach the apartment via a private, separate entrance.
