NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Es handelt sich um eine Einliegerwohnung in einem denkmalgeschützten, prämierten alten Bundwerk-Stadel von 1792. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in einer halben Stunde fußläufig bzw 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Fußweg führt am Inn entlang und ist gut mit Rädern zu befahren. The 36 sqm apartment has a living/sleeping room. It is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers for additional storage. It also includes a dining table with 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, coffee pod machine and a kettle. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided. There is a shower and towels in our bathroom. There is also a cozy balcony with great views of the countryside.
