Unser Haus befindet sich direkt am Linzer Hauptplatz, Klosterstrasse 1. Ein wunderschöner Altbau und direkt neben unserem Haupthaus dem Hauptplatz 23. Das Flair des Gebäudes ist einmalig und so eignet sich die Wohnung für eine Geschäftsreise genauso, wie für einen privaten Besuch in Linz. Linz entdeckt man meist nicht auf den ersten Blick. Our cozy ground-floor apartment is located on a quiet side street in the district 'Franckviertel '. Having two bedrooms, it can accommodate up to five people (two double beds + one person on the sofa bed). Easy access by public transportation (10 minutes to the main station). The Design Center, the University of Applied Sciences, the market Südbahnhofmarkt and the Kepler University Hospital are within a walking distance. Free, unrestricted parking is available along the street.

The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. Kulturelle Veranstaltungen wie Musiktheater, Ausstellungen und Museen sowie Stadtführungen sind in 15 Autominuten erreichbar.

This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.
