Monthly Rentals in Upham Beach Park

We had a wonderful stay at Gulf Sun Vilas's, Betty help us with an early check in and anytime we had a question she got right back to us. The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. All in walking distance. A convenient gate in the back yard that took you right to the Gulf Blvd and a couple blocks to the beach. Was very grateful that she had her place up and running after the storms. Will definitely be back! Thanks Betty our 2 months were wonderful, hated to leave.

Great place and atmosphere! Right next to beach and so much to do around. Rondine checked in on us and was very helpful.

Very lucky to have even found Sarah's place as our original host canceled the day before! Everything worked out perfectly in the long run - Super convenient location - Short walk to the beach - My son and I went down for a few days of fishing and then my wife decided to go, so it was much easier on everyone staying oceanside rather than cityside. Sarah was easy to communicate with and had clear instructions on check in and check out. Would recommend and would stay again!

Our stay was for the month of March. It was a very nice condo with great views from the wraparound balcony. There was some hurricane restoration at the complex, and we were told of that before we arrived. Although there was no pool or air-conditioning in our unit, we made the best of it enjoyed our stay. (Two portable A/C units were installed a few weeks into our stay). The area is still recovering from the hurricanes, but there were a lot of restaurants, shops and bars still open that we visited. It was evident that the complex was absolutely beautiful before the hurricanes and we’re hopeful It gets back to its former condition, as well as the rest of the area. We had a couple very minor issues that we contacted the hosts about and they rectified them quickly. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
