A Peaceful and Welcoming Stay We had a wonderful stay in a lovely, peaceful, and very quiet setting. The free-roaming chickens and the very friendly family dog added to the charm and made us feel right at home. Mark was an excellent host—very responsive and made sure we found the place easily. He was quick to answer any questions we had. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous space! The home private and tranquil, situated well off the road with no neighbours to be seen or heard. It has multiple outstanding outdoor spaces including a lovely back lawn overlooking the mountains and cattle paddocks. We enjoyed long evenings with a bottle of wine around the fire pit. The indoor spaces are thoroughly thought out, the kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The “log home” atmosphere felt beautiful and cozy. The home was exceptionally clean and well presented. Thank you for the thoughtful addition of milk and fruit. We went in winter and it was perfect. I’d highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy winter getaway. I’m not one hundred percent sure if the home has air conditioning, so if you are travelling in summer maybe that’s something to clarify. Thank you, we would love to stay again!

Great host and lovely spot for nature and wildlife. First 5 minutes talking with Yu and we saw 2 tree kangaroos!!! Awesome.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every inch of the space had been crafted with care and peerless attention to detail — from the beautifully appointed interiors to the thoughtful touches that made it feel both luxurious and deeply personal. The private walking trail through the rainforest was breathtaking, leading us to a secluded waterfall and stream that felt like something from a dream. It was the kind of place where time slowed down — where you could breathe deeply, hear nothing but birdsong and flowing water, and just be. This stay was simultaneously an inspiring recharge and also a sublime unwind. Whether sitting on the deck with a coffee watching the mist roll through the trees, or wandering the paths, every moment was restorative. A truly unforgettable escape. We have already booked our return.
