This vast house is in the heart of a wooded park where horses come to graze in the summer The cottage has a large 36 m2 private space with: a 16 m2 bedroom, a 9 m2 bathroom (walk-in shower), a separate toilet, a small equipped kitchen with dining area overlooking an entrance with direct access to your south-facing terrace.

In the countryside, very quiet, we have a big garden for you to enjoy. Close to Rouen, Dieppe and beaches : 30 mn, Etretat 70 km, Calais 2 hours. Ideal for couple, also with baby. Stopover to the souht, week-ends or holidays.

La Maison de Fessanvilliers is at the crossroads of Beauce, Perche and Normandy. This is an old barn rehabilitated into a lovely holiday home with all comforts. It welcomes families and friends year-round. The living room has an authentic wood stove and opens onto a large private wooded garden, with barbecue, garden furniture, ping pong and bikes available. THE OPEN AND HEATED POOL IS OPEN JUNE-SEPTEMBER.
