Plenty of activities to keep the kids & adults entertained. The kids said they wanted to stay there for forever & ever. It was magical!! Not to mention that king size bed gave me the best sleep I’ve had postpartum. You couldn’t ask for more :) The cabin was packed with everything you needed & more! Thank you so much !!

Sunset Sanctuary is an accurate description. Great place to enjoy some peace and quiet with a fantastic view of the lake. This was a perfect weekend getaway with a spouse if you need some R&R.

You will not regret booking this place! It was everything you could possibly need for a home away from home in a GORGEOUS place. The beautiful lake was visible from the sunroom and there were so many games and amenities that made it feel like home. It was very clean and had lots of water toys to play with as well. The hot tub was a nice bonus as well. We absolutely loved disconnecting here and appreciated all the little touches like blankets in every corner and firewood and kitchen essentials. We would definitely stay again!

So cozy and inviting! Perfect location, close to Mackinac Island without all the busyness of staying in a tourist location. Very clean and the private hot tub was a nice addition.

It was a great cabin with full of things provide to do to spend the days away from home. Enough to do for days we didnt have plans to enjoy some cards around the open fire or enjoy some time in the hot tub, or have a friendly game of corn hole

We had such a peaceful stay at Lisa’s place in the forest . It’s very clean and well furnished.The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s beautiful, and I loved sipping my morning coffee on the patio. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind. Will definitely book again for our next Wisconsin getaway. Thank you again 💕

I simply don’t have enough good things about our stay. The cabin itself and the location were both exactly what we were looking for. Spending time in Bayfield was simply a dream. We just got back home and I’m already planning a stay for next year.

Amazing secluded location in a cozy cabin with a stunning view and big windows. Has everything you need and feels like a real getaway. Joe was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend staying here!!

We had such a wonderful time at Big Cedar ! The only thing i forgot to pack was stuff for my husband’s coffee and was so pleasantly surprised to have a Keurig & the means for coffee! Definitely bring 40% deer mosquito spray ! Can’t wait to come back ☺️

Walt is a great host and the property has an amazing view. I’m sure it’s great year around but it looked like there was even more available in the summer. Feels like the middle of nowhere but just 15 minutes from town if you need something. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

I will absolutely be returning. If anything the photographs and descriptions don't do this this slice of paradise justice. I found it beyond my expectations. You'll quickly realize that you're simultaneously surrounded by all the modern conveniences and pristine nature. You absolutely must check out the National Park and beachfront just minutes away, the sunsets are remarkable on the lake. I spent my time mostly Hiking and lounging with my dog. I recommend turning off your phone and spending some time outside watching the turtles and listening to the birds, the wind and if you're, lucky at night the frogs. Via phone and text Kristin was very helpful, she made several good recommendations based on my Bio and booking information that I truly found helpful. Beyond that I found her to be quite kind and welcoming. All in all I found my stay restorative. Would recommend.

We had a great weekend at the cabin. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate for fishing (unpredictable May Long weekend weather), but the cabin was clean, warm and cozy. It had everything we needed for the weekend. Jennifer and Dustin were great hosts. The lake is beautiful and we plan to come back to fish.

Kathryn was an excellent host. The home was clean and had great amenities. Close to downtown Munising and Pictured Rocks and was well worth the stay.

The Lilly Pad is a perfect place for a single person or couple to stay. It is cozy, has everything one would need, and is in a beautiful location. We loved hearing and seeing all of the birds and turtles, especially the morning and evening visits by a blue heron. The location is also close to Munising and all of the Pictured Rocks locations and activities. Highly recommend!

We stayed in this place years and years ago several times. Back when it was cross-country cottage. There have been many updates since then. Very comfortable. Everything we needed to cook meals with quality cookware. Couldn’t be happier with the service and kindness we received.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Wanderloft! We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful surroundings of nature and even spent some time in the paddle boat out on the lake. It was the perfect relaxing get away we were hoping it would be. The gas fireplace and record player were such nice touches on the rainy day we spent inside. Molly was a great host, she was incredibly responsive and the house manual had all of the information we could have needed proactively provided!

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was beautiful and very comfortable. Stephanie was very nice and offered any help we may need. The beach was beautiful and quiet. We loved having a place that welcomes pets and our dog loved it there as did we. We definitely recommend this place and we hope to return soon.

It was exactly as expected and just what we needed. Even though it’s off the beaten path, the instructions were perfect and we found it easily. The house had everything we needed with instructions and labels (we were in heaven!). The kitchen had plenty of appliances. We were warned in the instructions that the stove could be difficult to light (and it was). We were able to walk right in with only our food and clothes. It was clean and cozy with 1 bedroom downstairs (heated floor!) and 2 beds in the loft. The stairs to the loft are a bit steep as seen in the pictures on the site. Outdoor options included a gas grill, kayaks, and swimming and fishing options (poles provided). There were games and puzzles inside and a smart TV. The furniture inside and out were comfortable. We loved being able to bring our pup. She actually enjoyed the heated floor as she slept in the downstairs bedroom. The lake was beautiful and accessible. The experience was amazing from start to finish.

We loved our stay. The rushing river & waterfall were spectacular and a dream to wake up to every morning. As many have said, the photos do not do it justice. Would love to return in the summer & leave all of the windows open to hear the falls 24/7. Geri’s place was very comfortable and they truly did think of everything. At one point I was wishing I had brought binoculars & beer koozies, only to find both in the cabin shortly after. Would love to return.
