Townhome holiday rentals in Upper West Side, Manhattan

This is a rare 3-bedroom in NYC that was very family friendly for us - had a baby gate on the stairs, portable high chairs, and a few toys and baby plates. Its location is also right by a park with a playground which was great for the kiddos to have a nearby place to get around. Solid wifi and TV as well. From the back 2 bedrooms we didn't have any issues with noise but there is apartment above the front bedroom which did hear some noise on weekend nights. Sarah the host was extremely communicative and helpful when we wanted the back patio tidied up and some additional supplies.

We had a great stay at Francine and Soon's; they are friendly hosts who enjoy engaging in conversations with their guests; you feel right at home. The accommodation is located near the subway, so getting to central NYC is a short and easy ride. We will definitely request to stay with Soon and Francine next time we are in New York.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our Sister/Cousin trip to NYC. Sarah’s home was beautiful, comfortable and clean. It was great to have the room that we did to spread out and relax when we got back to Sarah’s place. Sarah was so kind to us and our girls. She listened to them as we came in from each of our adventures and recommended some wonderful places for us to eat. We will definitely be back.

We recently stayed at Lexia's place and found it to be a comfortable and cozy option with everything one might need for a pleasant stay. Lexia was also very friendly and responsive throughout the process. One thing to note is that the neighbourhood is located quite a distance from the city center, so it's something to keep in mind for transportation.

Everything was so easy & efficient. Perfect location to live like local and easy travel for the tourist activities.

Great stay in Bed Stuy! 15-20 min walk to nearby stations, host is very responsive and very spacious for our group of 4! Wish we could’ve made more use of the outside area especially in the summer - it’s gorgeous!

Elizabeth was a fabulous host! She was responsive to messages and was right there at check-in to greet me and give me the keys. The apartment had plenty of space - 1 queen and 1 twin, and was spotless! I was a 10 min walk to the family I came into town to see, which was perfect for me. She has a cute covered patio in the front of the house, which was an added bonus! I will definitely stay at Elizabeth’s place again when I come back to visit family.

We had a fantastic stay at Leslie’s apartment! The location is excellent, with many sights, restaurants, and public transportation within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Leslie was a wonderful host, very friendly, responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. We felt very comfortable and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to New York. Highly recommended!

my family & I enjoyed our stay in this home. the house is super super clean, lots of space, had everything we needed. we parked 3 cars pretty good. I was so impressed about how clean the house, towels, sheets, blankets, dishes, rugs, sofas was and everything in perfect conditions. 5 stars for this home and 5 stars to Wilson he was a great host.

I used to live on the same block, so the location was familiar and very convenient for me. The apartment was comfortable, and I would stay there again. It was exactly what I needed and I had a great trip.

We only stayed one night however Donna was great and the place was beautiful!

Location is important in a large city like NY. This home served as a base for time with family, and moments at wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, botanical gardens, museum, all within walking distance of this home. We enjoyed a home with wonderful modern design space, and Japanese sensibilities, which managed to maintain a connection with its brownstone roots. Our beds were comfortable on Japanese style tatami platform. With a huge open space kitchen and large media area downstairs, you can find a space to soothe yourself after an active day out and about in NY. Our stay was wonderful!

The place is exactly like what it described and shown on pictures. Monica is always responsive and very clear with all the instructions needed. the place quite walkable to the path station. overall its a great place to stay if youre visit jersey city and trying to visit NYC. The path makes commute Manhattan is easy.

John’s place was perfect! Super cozy, the washer and dryer was a huge plus, spacious, and clean. There aren’t too many places to stay in Park Slope and it’s the only place we like to stay when we’re in the city.All around a wonderful experience. We’ll be back for sure!!

Very Nice Place. Really clean. Very comfortable and cosy

We absolutely loved staying at Christinas place over Christmas. The house is as gorgeous as it looks and we felt right at home. The train station and ferry are in walking distance and great restaurants are just around the corner.

Good location and great spot!

This space was the perfect fit for my family and I while in NY for my graduation. Very very close to LaGuardia airport and to Louis armstrong stadium. About 30 min to times square and williamsberg via subway/train. The home is less than 10 min from the 7 subway line. Be home with spacious and comfortably fit our family adults with plenty of room to spare. Host was very kind and responsive and allowed us to drop off our bags early!

Shana’s place was great! The location was nice and peaceful whilst being close to every station!

I didn’t meet John but he made check in easy for myself and my mother-in-law. We needed to check in a little bit before the check-in time and John was able to accommodate that. He was very nice and easy to communicate with. The place was as described, even a little bit roomier than we had expected. We were visiting family in Brooklyn and we were able to get over the bridge pretty quickly and get right into where we need too. It’s a quiet neighborhood with free parking. I highly recommend Johns place.

We had a great experience visiting New York and staying at your Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and you were a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely return. I'd love to stay here again anytime, perfect place for 4 people for a New York visit! There was only one negative aspect, which was mentioned in previous reviews, but it was really noticeable that the residents on the upper level were very loud even in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, all the noise sounded like it was happening right next to us. This was quite disturbing. Despite this, the accommodation itself was great and we thank Amalia!
