21 Pound Street is a grade 2 listed cottage, recently refurbished to a very high standard. The cottage offers a comfortable base for exploring the historic town of Petworth, the beautiful Sussex countryside.and is an ideal base for attending the many events at the Goodwood Estate.The property is situated in the middle of the town, conveniently backing on to the carpark. This is free from 6pm-8am, and £2.60 for the entire day. There are pubs and restaurants walking distance from the cottage.

The self contained annexe is located in the charming village of Lodsworth, close to the towns of Midhurst & Petworth (with plentiful antique shops). Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!
