Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Upplands Väsby

This apartment is brilliantly located with ease to local cafes, public transport, metro station and importantly walking distance to the main city areas. We loved our visit to Stockholm and would recommend this apartment to any traveller wanting to experience and stay locally in an authentic Swedish apartment.

We spent 3 nights at Axels. I would recommend a visit of 3 nights minimum if you are a tourist trying to explore and understand beautiful Stockholm. This apartment is very spacious and great for a family or 2 couples since it has 2 levels. The bathrooms are large and well laid out. The location is absolutely perfect! High quality restaurants offering diverse cuisine are nearby. If you like to walk, as we do, beautiful parks and impeccably maintained boulevards are found nearby in all directions. Thanks for a great experience!!

The appartment was very well-equipped and perfect for one person during a long stay (one month). Birgitta and Anders are nice and caring hosts; the communication was friendly and easygoing. Issues with the internet connection were shared and quickly resolved. Gribbylund is a lovely neighborhood and the appartement is only 5min from a beautiful lake (which was frozen when I arrived, adding to the overall area's appeal). Walk trails are also available nearby in Täby. Groceries can be done in Täby Centrum (around 40min by foot): a Lidl and KFC are at around the same distance. A ICA store is located closer but I did not check it out. As a note, the ceiling is not specifically soundproof, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to occasional noise (the main house is located upstairs and the garage is at the door). Melvin’s apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It is in a lovely quiet area. It was easy to travel into the city centre using the metro which is just 12 minutes walk away.

Everyone who lived in the house agreed that this was a great place to stay. Beautiful nature, animals nearby and fresh air. One of the guests is seriously thinking to book herself in at the accommodation because it gave her such peace of mind. In some form, we will be happy to return on more occasions. We stayed in the house for 6 days with my spouse and our child, and we were extremely satisfied with everything. One of the highlights was the stunning sea view — enjoying our morning coffee while looking out at the water was such a peaceful start to the day. The jacuzzi was also a great touch — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The house was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made it ideal for spending quality family time. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and atmosphere. We would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially families

We had a wonderful stay at Mattias place. It was absolutely perfect for our family with 3 small kids (4 and under)-we had all the space we needed and all the amenities-loved having the washer, drier and dishwasher! Beds very comfortable and place was very child safe! Good blackout blinds also! Mattias was a fantastic host and sorted us out twice when our buggy tyre went flat including sourcing a new inner tube when we completely punctured it. With a double buggy and one on the buggy board with lots of bags on board too this was a vital help and we would have struggled without it. The place was very close to both a bus stop and 2 train stations-we entirely relied on public transport and this worked really well for us for getting into Stockholm and to Uppsala where we were attending a family wedding. We would definitely choose to stay at Mattias place again and would highly recommend it, particularly to families with small kids. Thank you for having us!

The house is big and with all the facilities you need for a long or short stay. The place is beautiful, close to Sigtuna and many great sites. It was easy to find the house and get in, and we'd love the quiet neighbourhood. Magnus was extremely quick answering, and always with kindness. The best was looking at the sunset through the large living room's windows or from the terrace.

We had an incredible time in Kristin and Anders beautifully renovated soldier's cottage with the highest possible standards. We loved the hot tub, dock and view. Anders and Kristin are dream hosts who fix everything and give lots of tips. I needed a small desk to work at and then they fixed it right away. Copies, tips on great restaurants, and curiosities about the surroundings, they also gave. Thank you kindly! We will be back and can highly recommend this idyllic gem! ❤️

This beautiful home is highly recommended! It is in a quiet place just outside the city, but is very easy to reach by public transport or by the electric scooters that can be found everywhere. Mattias responds very quickly and we have followed several tips he gave. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Pelle’s apartment in Stockholm! From the moment we arrived, Pelle was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The apartment had everything we needed — it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

AnnaMaria's home is a little way outside of town but easy to reach by multiple modes of easy to manuever public transportation. I really enjoyed being in a place that felt like home and allowed me to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Another great aspect is the neighborhood. Her place is on a busy street but it doesn't feel like it at all. The community is laid back and just peaceful. I really enjoyed my time and am grateful AnnaMaria allowed me to stay in her place.

Very sweet and helpful hosts who responded quickly to our message and any doubts. We lacked nothing in the apartment and enjoyed every morning and evening the beautiful view from the covered balcony or from the roof terrace. The apartment was beautifully cleaned all over when we arrived and contained all the listed amenities. Everything worked smoothly. A really nice and clear guide to the home was provided to us. Definitely a home that gets the best recommendation from here.

Really nice and modern apartment in a quiet rural neighbourhood. Everything was as described and communication with both the hosts was great. They also have a farm from where you can buy organic honey, eggs, etc. We had a really nice stay and would gladly come back again. Thanks Tommy and Anne!

Hanna & Anita's place was the perfect, cozy stay for our one week stay in Stockholm. They thought of everything to make the place feel like home, from the extra towels to coffee and tea; towels to sit on in the sauna and a clothes line inside the sauna. Anita went above and beyond during our stay. One example: After a long day of travel, we couldn't wait to relax. When we arrived to the place, it was warm and nicely lit. The sauna quickly warmed us up. If you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable place that is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close by, we recommend Anita and Hanna's place. It's the third time we are staying at Iraj's place and it feels great - excellent location and the amenities, easy access to public transport and shopping mall. Highly recommended!

It was perfect for our visit to Stockholm. We were able to leave our car parked at the apartment and after a short walk to the train station, we were in Gamla Stan in 20 minutes. Additionally, basic necessities were provided, most importantly… coffee!!! We also appreciated the washer and dryer which functioned beautifully. 😊 Astewaye was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay at his place again.
