Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

A quiet environment with a variety of activities

Welcome to Norrhult-Klavreström. A working environment with a long history. The house you rent is located about 25 meters from our residential house. It is a wonderful environment with proximity to ICA, golf (9-hole course) located on the other side of our lake. Fishing, amazing mountain bike trails, visit our amazing glassworks and Europe's longest Zip-Line track is located on the north side of the lake. The house is a stone's throw from the lake where you have access to a boat. Here everything is quiet and calm, perfect if you want to enjoy and relax.

Welcome to the Kingdom of Crystal in Sweden! As total Sweden fans, we have fulfilled our dream of our own summer house in Sweden and would like to share this with you. The house is located in the middle of the Kingdom of Crystal in the natural surroundings of Småland with deep forests, a variety of lakes and hiking trails, as well as other attractions such as moose parks or glass workshops. The Baltic Sea and former Hanseatic city of Kalmar are about 40 minutes by car, as is the city of Växjo. Vi see us!;-)

Lovely house by the lake with Hot Tub

Lovely newly built house 1 of (3) in the area with open spaces. The residence offers a balcony overlooking the lake with barbecue facilities and a sun deck. There is a soapstone fireplace in the house that can be used. Guests have access to their own jetty and rowboat, Ryds 390 There is also a hot electric heated hot tub available at 39 degrees all year round (Note: No bubbles, only purification) Guests bring their own bed linens and towels as well as charcoal and lighting gear for the grill.

Välkommen till vårt nyrenoverade gårdshus, med terass och tillgång till familjens pool som är öppen och uppvärmd till minst 26 grader maj-sep. Huset ligger i en lugn by ute på landet, omgivet av åkrar, ängar, skog och sjö. Huset ligger 35 meter från familjens bostadshus. Stora gräsplaner med plats för spel och lek. Närheten till naturen gör det här till en perfekt plats för de som gillar tystnaden och att vistas i skog och mark, med utflykter så som fågelskådning och bär- och svampplockning.

Velkommen til Villa Björkenäs – vores nybyggede, arkitekttegnede og idylliske søhus, som vi med glæde deler med gæster. Huset ligger helt uforstyrret i skoven på en lille odde ved søen Juven med 270° udsigt over vandet, privat sø-terrasse, badebro, båd og panoramisk sauna. Indretningen er moderne og skandinavisk med nye faciliteter, store solrige terrasser. Gode muligheder for fiskeri, badning, kano/kajak og skiløb (langrend+Alpin) Kun 7 km til Åseda med gode butikker og offentlig transport.

Här finner du en trevlig villa på landet med närhet till både bad och skog. Villan har en storlek på på 74kvm. Här få hela familjen plats då det finns 2 sovrum med totalt 4 bäddar (två enkelsäng i ena sovrummet och en våningsäng i det andra sovrmmet). Det finns stora sällskapsytor, en altan och ett trädäck i söderläge. Trädgåden är ombonad och insynsskyddad, med gott om utrymme för sköna dagar. På gångavstånd (ca 400 m) från huset finns en damm med en mindre strand, grillplats och brygga.

Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully in a quiet location.<br><br>The holiday home ToBi is located in the Kingdom of Crystal of Smàland, in the beautiful town of Norrhult.<br>The house was completely renovated in spring 2023. It is attractively, modernly and comfortably furnished and is located on a 940 sqm plot with many different shrubs and trees at the edge of the forest.<br><br>In the village there is the Ika, where you can get everything you need to live.

Southern of Sweden, Smaland ... From the Netherlands it's only 11 hour drive. You drive early in the morning and in the evening you are drinking coffee on the porch. The house is on a street, surrounded by nature. A country style atmosphere, nice and quiet, with beautiful views, yet close to a number of larger cities. There is plenty of opportunity to be active as you wish. Fishing, biking, hiking, swimming, horse riding, canoeing and of course shopping.
