Apartment holiday rentals in Urbanova

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

We had an amazing stay here. The apartment is just as described in text and on the images. The place was clean, had everything you could ask for and the communication was superb without any delay. I would recommend anyone that wants to go to Gran Alacant to consider this apartment! The pool area was great, very inviting and super calm.

Absolutely perfect stay – 11/10! The breathtaking sea view directly from the apartment made every morning special. The Airbnb was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, with everything from the kitchen to the bathroom fully equipped. We especially appreciated the beach gear provided – even things we forgot ourselves. The highlight: a folder with hand-picked tips for restaurants, bars, and sights. We didn’t need to plan anything and every suggestion exceeded our expectations! The area is peaceful, with cute cafés, small shops, and beach bars just a short walk away. Excellent public transport too – a bus stop right outside and the tram only a few minutes away. The host was super friendly and responsive, and the apartment was even ready early so we could relax and enjoy the day after our trip. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Would absolutely come back!

Roberto was an incredible host, especially for our first time using airbnb! Very responsive to messages with my many questions and when we struggled to unlock the apartment doors, himself and Analia (key holder) were incredibly helpful! Apartment/pool were exactly like the photos, plenty of storage, clean, fresh and beautifully smelling linen/bed sheets and incredible sea views! Roberto was extremely accommodating when we asked for an earlier check in and later check out due to our flight times, we were so grateful for his hospitality as it made our stay go that much more seamlessly! We found the area to be very local/residential so not loads to do, but we were only a short bus/taxi journey into places like Alicante and Santa Pola where we visited the Island of Tabarka, which was beautiful! Enough restaurants to visit for the duration of our stay :) Thank you Roberto for making our holiday feel like visiting a second home! Perfect 60th birthday celebrations for my Mum complete

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Alicante! The location is perfect – close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The flat itself is beautiful, very modern, stylish, and spotless. You can tell it’s been thoughtfully maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely love to stay here again next time we’re in the area. Highly recommended!

Laura's place is from the moment you step into it an amazing nook with fantastic energy. Everything you might need is there. Located in a center of Alicante, it gave the feel of a constant buzz and center of happenings. Absolute 10/10.

Ramon was a great host! The place is beautiful and has great views , i liked the apartment set up . It has AC everywhere and was clean . He was super helpful and answered fast to every inquiry I had . I will deff stay here more often :) It exactly as described and looks like the pictures. Amazing stay!

My family and I had an amazing time at Mabel’s home. She was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. It was spacious, in a great location, and had a beautiful view. It was clean, and had many amenities. We also appreciated the added garage. It was really helpful as street parking was a little challenging.

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

We had a pleasant two nights in Alicante. The room was clean and tidy, and well-equipped. There was a big supermarket not far away, which was very convenient. You can cook your own meals, and the kitchen was well-stocked with condiments. Looking forward to coming back next time!

Absolutely fantastic location with beautiful views from the balcony. Large apartment with lots of space and all of the extras from our host were a lovely touch.

We as a small family regularly travel, especially in Spain. Out of all the apartments we have rented this stands out as the best. The host Sonia was excellent, very friendly, outgoing and her communication skills were fantastic. The property is in a great location and looks exactly like the photos. 5 stars from us. Amazing apartment, hosts extremely attentive, helpful and everything was in the apartment that you could need. My only slight minor criticism was that two of the bedrooms were clearly children’s rooms and there were toys in the living room which may be useful for some but not us. The bathroom door is also a substitute which doesn’t lend to the overall amazing-ness of the apartment. Having said those minor points do not be discouraged from booking it. The view is totally wow and possibly the best I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend it highly enough or Begoña for her welcome and friendliness. Thank you, we’ll be back.

Our hosts were just wonderful lovely people. Very helpful full of local knowledge were very friendly and offered to let us drop our bags early and leave them later if we needed. The location was in the heart of it all, lots of places to visit and eat and drink. The home itself is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need. We will 100% be staying there again.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

We had a great stay in Arenales del Sol. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, close to the beach, in the middle of the promenade, so that all shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The balcony has a beautiful evening sun!
