2 lovely rooms in old town house

Situated in one of Salzburgs oldest areas, our 300 yr old house is central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery sits on our doorstep. The apartment has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, and a small bathroom with shower. The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (5€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Modern basement apartment with pool use

The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. Our inviting apartment in our new building 2023 in Puch, 20 minutes from Salzburg's old town, offers the perfect retreat with an extra dose of nature. Puch bei Hallein is the ideal starting point for a trip to the city of Salzburg, the Salzburg Lake District and the mountains in the Salzburg countryside for hiking and in winter for skiing. Behind the house you can also start directly into the forest and the local mountains such as Almerberg, Mühlstein and Eberstein.

Sicher erreichbar über ein gemeinsames Stiegenhaus, mit eigenem Eingang. Volle Privatsphäre in einem abgetrennten Bereich, der nur von Dir alleine genützt wird. In unserem Innenhof unterhalb der Festung steht unseren Gästen direkt anschließend an den Wohnraum ein sehr kleiner privater Sitzbereich im Freien zur Verfügung.

Beautiful well-kept apartment with old parquet floors on the first floor of a house from 1938. The apartment consists of a bedroom (bed 180 cm), living room, bathroom and cloakroom. A cozy arbor is available in front of your entrance door. The apartment is furnished as I like it when I am a guest: In the wardrobe there is space for two large suitcases, there are many ways to hang things. The atmosphere is colorful, individual and playful.

Elegant Penthouse with Garden near Salzburg

We were in the accommodation as a family of 5 at the end of May. For us, everything was fine, the journey was comfortable and the accommodation corresponds exactly to the pictures and the description. There is plenty of space and we had a great view from the huge skylights. We liked the alternative of being able to take the S-Bahn into Salzburg. The host is very helpful and reliable. We were welcome and very comfortable.

Fernando basement was incredible ! It was very quiet which I liked. No one next door to share your floor. Just me ! Feeling great! Because I like to be alone and silent and no noise at night. The basement was very clean and spotless. WiFi was great ! Toilet was very clean. Only thing bad that I didn’t like was that the shower was a bit high up and I being short had a hard time getting into the shower because you see the shower is not on the same level as the toilet floor and one has to step up into it. But I got weak knees though when descending I had to be careful. The second thing that I did not like about the toilet was that the washing basin was too shallow. But these were only minor issues. Otherwise everything was fine for me. The location of the Airbnb was quite convenient in that it was very near to supermarket and bus stop. Once you at the bus stop you can take bus 1 or 28 to get to the old town where all the tourists go. The bed was comfortable enough not soft not hard.

Beautiful apartment, outstanding view. I travel ALOT and I love to have a view from wherever I stay. This AirBnb has an excellent view. It is walkable, and enjoyably so, to many sites and restaurants in Salzburg. Excellent Airbnb. I would highly recommend.
