House with beautiful studio/living space, flooded with light and with lovely views. A master bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in the main living area. A mezzanine area provides a further two single beds. A fully-equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove. It also has a lovely terrace and gardens. Situated just 500m ( 10 minute walk) from the Auberge de Chassignolles with its amazing restaurant. There is an additional 70 m² yoga/dance studio that can be rented separately.

Welcome to L'Instant Bohème: a 110 m2 suite dedicated to couples in the heart of downtown Clermont-Fd! On the first level, the suite includes a relaxation area with Balneotherapy, a volcano bed, a stage, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower area with a rain showerhead. A second level dedicated to pleasures with swing, St. Andrew's cross, tantric sofa... Proche également du parc animalier d'ardes sur couze 🐆🦒🦧 Ou bien encore de la Vallée des Saints. A 45 min de super Besse station de ski animée été et hiver ! ... ... de quoi contenter tout le monde ☺️ !
