Please note! This house is located on a quiet park where other people also relax and live, and is absolutely not a party destination. We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

Maak gebruik van je eigen aanlegsteiger om heerlijk te varen of te vissen, er is ook een boothelling naast de chalet om uw eigen boot te water te laten. Dit chalet is van alle gemakken voorzien. Badkamer met ruime douche, volledig ingerichte keuken met o.a. een vaatwasser en oven. Located 50 meters from the popular beach of Noordwijk next to the lighthouse, a well equipped sea view studio apartment with the perfect view! Dogs are unfortunately NOT allowed! Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. Transparant pricing is important to us and we trust you understand.

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en biedt uitzicht op het water. Met maar liefst vijf terrassen, waaronder twee sfeervolle veranda's waarvan één met een houtkachel, is er altijd een plekje om te ontspannen. De badkamer heeft een heerlijke regendouche. Op de begane grond vind je een royale slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een 1-persoonsbed. Op de eerste verdieping is een 2-persoonsbed in een aparte open ruimte. Het grote gazon is perfect voor een potje voetbal of badminton!

Eet en relax op struikelafstand bij onze buren van Caatje aan de Lek of brouwerij Duits & Lauret - beide forten van de Nieuwe Hollandse Waterlinie (UNESCO erfgoed) of de Witte Schuur. Geniet fietsend en wandelend van fantastische vergezichten vanaf Goilberdingerdijk en Diefdijk. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers en 2 extra bedden op de overloop.

Horsterwold ligt gelegen naast het grootste loofbomenbos van Europa. Zeer waterrijke omgeving 4-5 km (Veluwemeer en Wolderwijd) voor een tal van watersporten. Het huisje is geschikt voor twee personen en is ingericht met oog voor eenvoud, rust en een vleugje luxe. Ook je hond is welkom om mee te genieten van de lange wandelingen op het strand!

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.
