Perfect Villa to stay in South Goa. The house is exactly as described and shown in the photos, fully loaded with all the amenities. The entire property was kept spick and span. I really appreciate the attention given to every detail of the house’s interiors. The caretakers were super attentive and always on their toes, ready to assist with anything that was requested for. Although the breakfast menu initially listed a single item, we were pleasantly suprised to be offered multiple options daily, with three dishes to choose from. The food was delicious, and the overall service was excellent. Naresh and Numa ensured prompt response to everything. I would rate this listing hosted by Rakesh a solid 5/5. Highly Recommended, whether you’re travelling with family or friends, go for it without a second thought.

Noella and Erlick were very helpful during the pre-checkin period. The check-in was comfortable. Babu the caretaker was super helpful and ever smiling. The food was really amazing and it tasted even better with the beautiful sitting area in the balcony outside. The place is very peaceful and relaxing. The house is filled with interesting antique items. The bathrooms were recently renovated and were neat and clean. Best part was the welcome you get from our favourite “Patches” just before you enter the house. Thank you Noella and Erlick for everything. Thanks.

The apartment is quite large and very well maintained, and is as described. The host has labeled every thing a guest would need to know, and all electrical equipment are fully functional, making the guests' life easy if they plan to prepare foods at home. With clothes dryer available for guest use, even long term stays will be a thing of ease. The beach had silver sands, quite a wide sandy area, and water is crystal clear. Its not a crowded beach and is so peaceful at all times. Beach is devoid of trash, and is so tidy and clean. Those that know how to swim in sea will find it very enjoyable and safe, as the seabed appears to slope down gently. There are few eateries here, that serve very nice food, located close to Villa. If you wish to spend good time on a quiet beach, you can head to this part of Goa, and have a wonderful stay at Garvit's place. If I visit South Goa again, I would certainly stay in his Villa.

I recently stayed at this lovely Airbnb of Anurag and had a wonderful experience. The property’s ambiance is beautiful, with stylish interiors that create a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable, thanks to the memory foam mattresses, ensuring restful nights. The location is unbeatable – less than a 5-minute walk to the beach! It was so convenient to pop over for a morning walk or evening sunset. The property also provides parking for one car, which is a great bonus in this area. The hosts were incredibly responsive, always quick to help with any questions, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. For those who need to work remotely, the high-speed internet (150Mbps) was a huge plus, making it easy to stay connected without any issues. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with everything we needed for a perfect getaway and would highly recommend!

Beautifully maintained 3-storey property. The beds were super cozy and the owner even provided extra mattresses to accommodate extra head count. Pool is clean and well maintained. Drying racks are also provided (much needed, since we were always getting wet in the pool or beach). Very well-equipped kitchen with fridge, 4 burner hob, chimney, microwave, OTG, pots and pans, cutlery etc. Basically 5 stars for everything! Perfect property for large groups (10 - 12 people). Special shout out to the owner for thinking of practically everything that vacationers could possibly need for their stay!

The place was very good. Clean and tidy. It had all basic amenities and it truly felt like home.

We had a wonderful New year stay at Isabella. Wahid and his team were polite and responsive. They were always helpful. We were 17 of us and they took care of each one of us. They helped with the party decorations. I will probably return again since we have had a positive experience.

We had an amazing stay at Kidena House. The property is beautiful and exactly as it is shown in the pics. The staff (Tej, Nitin and Ravi) were very helpful and super accommodative. The entire staff worked with clockwork precision. Daily Cleaning was undertaken. Food served was very tasty. The swimming pool and the water body add their own charm to the property. We would strongly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Great place. Staff were friendly and helpful. Attended to our requests immediately. We were served a quality breakfast. Pool was clean. Bathrooms were great. Only that the whole place needs to be maintained a bit more. Not as shiny as the photos portrayed. Would definitely suggest. Maybe for a cheaper price.

The property was absolutely lovely. The staff was great, they went out of their way to help us and prepare things for us. It was a bit far from the Dabolim airport but the staff was understanding of late arrivals, no problems with check-in, and the surrounding was like stepping in a film. The ambience, the backwaters, the lush greenery, the overall experience was fantastic. The staff there makes amazing Goan food also, so the overall experience was amazing.

The villa was absolutely wonderful and matched the pictures perfectly. We were truly impressed by the hospitality. There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Great stay. Rahul and his crew at the house were incredibly helpful and made our stay feel amazing and luxurious. There was a miscommunication about the use of extra beds in each of the bedrooms & personal use of the kithcen. Sanjay, the agent for this listing, did not clearly communicate these issues which could have been easily resolved stating them clearly in the AirBnB listing. Alternatively, the house staff and Sanjay could have clarified the rules with each other, rather than having the guest stuck in the middle of numerous miscommunications. Also, once we booked, the actual location of the house was was not revealed. We had to proactively reach out to Sanjay to receive the exact location. I use AirBnB everywhere in the world. The process could've have been smoother with better communication. These issues can be easily resolved when Sanjay has a better understanding of the property and its rules. Other than that it was an amazing stay and we would love to stay again in the future

My stay at Holiva by StayVista in Goa was an extraordinary experience! Just got back from a stay at Kavitha’s Place and it was everything I hoped for and more! Nestled in the peaceful surroundings of South Goa, it’s the perfect escape if you’re looking to unwind and recharge. The place is calm, clean, and cozy—ideal for a relaxed vacation. Kavitha was a wonderful host, super responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend this serene hideaway for anyone visiting Goa! Ranjitha the house help is so so sweet, she helped in smooth check-in and checkout.

Had a great time at this villa . We rented the blue villa. It was well maintained, clean and spacious and everything was perfect. Location - Close to everything yet very peaceful. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and well kept as well. The care takers (Umesh, Sapana, Rekha) and the watchman are very hospitable and took great care of us and made us delicious meals upon request. The included breakfast was really good as well: Service with a smile, good communication. Overall great experience. Definitely recommend.

Sophie is definitely a wonderful person and her place was extremely immaculate. As my future wife and I were traveling for 9 days Sophie was heaven sent. She is extremely responsive and went up and beyond her means to make us comfortable. The only regret we had was we didn’t spend enough time at her place as we were headed back to Delhi on Monday. I would say the villa reminds me a lot of Ocho Rios. They have 2 swimming pools on the property. I will definitely be back in 2025 mark my words. Sophie also has many books to read. She goes the extra mile for her guests. There is a kitchen available so you can go to the grocery store and back if you don’t want to dine out. If you do be sure to go to Mike’s Place they have the best vibe in Cavelossim Beach. So sad Reggae Haven was not open at the time. Best time to go to Goa is December - January. Lucious beach across the street about 3 minute walk. Be sure to check out all the stalls before buying if you are looking for something special.

Kirti's place was exactly what we needed for large group - very spacious, clean with beautiful surroudings and nice views from top floors, overlooking Mondavi River. Kirti was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions upfront. We mainly wanted to visit the Panjim and do some spiritual tourism, visiting multiple temples nearby and found perfect place in the middle. Kids loved the propery. Good privacy and space for everyone as it has multiple floors and bedrooms. Would recommend the property for anyone travelling in large group.

It really was the perfect blend of fun and relaxation. A big shoutout to our host, Alison, who was incredibly polite, warm, and welcoming from the very start. She made sure we had everything we needed and added such a personal touch to our experience. If you're looking for a peaceful yet vibrant place to unwind in Goa, this villa is a must. Can’t wait to visit again!

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

the place is great but seemed over priced for 3 days. The house is nice but needs an AC in common areas. the fridge needed to be cleaned. we stayed for 2 nights and the break fast for the second days wasn't enough. the supplies weren't replenished.

Awesome! It's super spacious duplex villa, perfect for chilling with family/friends. The whole place is in a gated society, so it felt really safe, and the common pool was super clean. Plus, they had daily house cleaning. Best part, everything's nearby, so we didn't have to stress about getting around. 10/10 would recommend.
