Kitchen area washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, etc. Very comfortable bed (purchase 2016). Possibility to eat outside in summer facing the Val d 'Allos mountains. Located 2 km from the medieval village of Colmars les Alpes. Convenience store in well-equipped village. Possibility of hiking from the cottage without taking the car. Very quiet, no immediate neighborhood.
