Holiday rentals with a patio in Uvita

This is a great place! Beautiful pool with tempered water, nice kitchen but i recommend bring along or ask for the utensils you may need to Cook at hand, the fridge is spacious and they had us ice and cold water on the fridge as a great welcome, warm water on the shower and easy parking spots. Pamela was very nice and kind :)

I couldn’t be happier with this Airbnb!! My husband and I booked Brian & Karla’s Casita for a week to enjoy our honeymoon. I wish we’d booked it even longer. This place has a way of making you feel completely unplugged from society, all the while being as modern as it gets. Pictures don’t do it justice! The wrap around balcony was perfect for evening sunsets, and the inside of the Casita was a perfect place to relax after adventuring Costa Rica. The Casita is a short drive down the mountain to Dominical, which has tons of local restaurants - Brian’s recommendations were spot on! You are also super close to Nuayaca Waterfalls, Uvita, and Manuel Antonio! Brian is an amazing host and quickly responded whenever we had questions. Him and his wife even made us dinner one night. We highly recommend this airbnb and we would book at Brian’s 1000x over! Pura Vida

Fue un excelente hospedaje. La canina estaba impecable al llegar y siempre que necesitamos contactarlos estaban atentos a ayudarnos. El lugar aparte de estar muy bien cuidado y rodeado de maravillosa naturaleza, cuenta inclusive con todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar, teniendo aún la delicadeza de poner a disposición diversos aceites o sazonadores para cocinar. Las camas estaban impecables, el baño igual, con los paños a disposición doblados de una manera muy elegante y la ducha contaba con champú y acondicionador. Asimismo tienen un “brochure” en inglés y español sobre lo que se puede disfrutar en la zona, ofreciendo su ayuda de ser necesario! Al igual que cuentan sobre los diferentes restaurantes que hay cerca y cuentan con una opción en la cual los huéspedes pueden pedir brunch para entrega en el lugar de un restaurante local. En síntesis, fue una excelente experiencia que todos disfrutamos y 100% sus instalaciones son PetFriendly!

Un lugar acogedor, bien equipado, limpio, cerca de varios restaurantes y muy cerca de la entrada del parque Marino Ballena. Las puertas tienen seguridad de candados con claves lo que hace que la entrada sea autónoma, tiene cámaras, tiene parqueadero cubierto, los aires acondicionados funcionan muy bien y hay zona de lavandería en el primer piso con lavadora y secadora. Todo muy funcional para una estancia amena. Axel muchas gracias por recibirnos.

Our stay at this property was absolutely incredible, with a breathtaking view! The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. The concierge was welcoming, and we appreciated for a hot shower and fresh towels. The pool area was stunning and well-maintained.However, there are a few areas that could be improved. It good to have coffee or tea for guest, and we were surprised to find there was no iron. Additionally, some house rules were unexpected, such as the prohibition on drones and no BBQs, despite them being shown in the photos. Although the balcony is shared with other guests, we were fortunate to have it mostly to ourselves. The bar chairs on the balcony were not very comfortable, and there was only one patio chair for the two of us. We also felt a bit uncomfortable with the presence of several cameras on the property, including one right of our apartment. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was fantastic! We would definitely stay again!

Tolles AirBnB-Zimmer in einer Hotelanlage. Sehr toller und grosser Balkon mit super Blick über den Garten und das Meer. In Mitten von Tieren und wunderbarer Vegetation. Tolle hoteleigene Trails und sehr schöner Poolbereich. Sehr gutes Essen und freundliches Personal. Sehr schnelle Reaktion auf Fragen und sehr hilfreiche Hinweise. Sehr empfehlenswert !

Un lugar muy acogedor,tranquilo,seguro y limpio, cuando entras a la villa huele muy rico y está equipada con lo necesario para pasar una buena estadia. Aprovechamos la piscina y el rancho para hacer una carne asada. Cuando necesitamos ayuda,rapidamente nos solucionaron

Lugar muy tranquilo y privado… tal cual como se describe, ideal para desconectarse y pasarla en familia. Tony muy atento y siempre disponible cuando solicitábamos alguna ayuda o recomendación en la zona. Recomendado!

Top Haus mit grandioser Aussicht mitten in der Natur. Direkt von der Terrasse aus sahen wir unzählige Vögel, sogar Tukane. Super Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche grosser Pool und Esstisch auch für 10 Personen, einwandfreies WLAN und unkomplizierte, schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Host. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden sofort wieder kommen.

What a place. In the jungle with a magnificent view of the ocean. My family thoroughly enjoyed the upscale comforts. Clean, inviting, this is the perfect spot for a vacation. In our case, we brought our family, and the kids loved the toucans, cotui, monkeys, just about every animal you can think of! I most highly recommend this place.

Nos sentimos cómodos tan solo llegar al portón de entrada. Una casa de calidad en todo sentido, equipada a la perfección. Tiene muchísima vegetación alrededor lo cual permite estar cómodos sin perder la escencia del lugar donde estás! Tenía todo lo que describía y más! Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía. Recomiendo esta casa para familias sobre todo porque es cómoda y fácil de vivir! Que tenga lava ropas y seca ropas, sobre todo en la época de lluvias es imprescindible. También había tablas de surf! Jeremy respondió siempre rápido y se preocupó por nosotros al igual que yosuer. Sin dudas si vuelvo a uvita volveré a hospedarme aquí. 10/10

Had a great time! Was the perfect place for our family to spend a couple of days. Close to restaurants and the National Parque Ballena Marina.

Absolutely loved our stay! Smooth check-in/communication with Erika; she also gave great local recommendations. The location was perfect: private, quiet, with wonderful jungle sounds and mountain views. The beautiful, well-maintained garden was managed by Rolbin, the friendly gardener. He brought fresh fruit and gave us tours of the property's trails (waterfall/river included). The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, from a citrus press, moka pot, to an ice cream maker – we genuinely missed nothing. Clean spring tap water was a huge bonus; it remained functional even during power outages (mechanical system). We often didn't notice brief outages as we still had water and cooked on the gas stove! Internet (~40-80 Mbps) was surprisingly fast, allowing to get work done. We miss falling asleep to jungle sounds! If you're looking for peace, comfort, and unique amenities in a beautiful setting, this is the place.

I can’t say enough about this place! What a beautiful experience. If you want to be completely surrounded by nature in a modern home with an amazing view, this is your place. We were visited by toucans every morning outside the bedroom window and saw a number of different beautiful birds. I felt like I was in the tree tops with them. What a spectacular view! We also saw many white-nosed coati, a heard of peccary with babies, a deer and a group of capuchin monkeys passing by. The house was extremely clean and felt very comfortable. The host was very quick to respond with any questions we had. The drive up to the house is an experience! Make sure to arrive during daylight if possible. A 4x4 is 100% required! Half way up the hill is an adorable group of restaurants and a little market. We had a great dinner at Scala and breakfast at Sibu. Very convenient and highly recommend! Pool was very clean and a nice way to unwind at the end of the day! I would definitely stay here again!!!

Wonderful stay to end our two-month trip through Costa Rica! We felt at home from the very beginning in this fantastic accommodation. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything you might need. There was also a very helpful booklet full of restaurant recommendations and activity tips — all well described. The pool was amazing, with lots of pool toys that made our kids really happy. The house has a new washing machine and dryer — not something you find everywhere in Costa Rica. Our clothes finally felt truly clean again! Richard, the host, was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to any questions we had. All in all, a perfect place to stay — especially recommended for families. We would come back any time!

Great communication with Joe and his caretaker Yony, who is available and very helpful. It is an excellent rental choice for someone who wants to work and enjoy at the same time. Upon arrival, the fridge made a loud sound, and when asked, Joe immediately suggested I switch to another unit until he could fix the issue, which was perfect. During my one-month stay, I had a noise issue (a neighbor in a house nearby who was listening to loud music for one day), but Joe and Yony solved the problem immediately. I asked Yony several times about things, and he always helped me. Knowing Costa Rica for years, I value this quality of service and responsiveness much more than a better price or more amenities. This is why I highly recommend this rent, especially if you want to stay more than 1 or 2 nights.

In der Anlage gibt es vier sehr gut ausgestattete Wohneinheiten, die sehr nah aneinander angrenzen und alle haben Außenküchen. Unsere Unterkunft war sehr sauber, auch der Außenbereich war sehr gut gepflegt (vor den Wohneinheiten + Pool). Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass - gerade wenn die angrenzenden Einzeiten auch belegt sind - es etwas lebhafter sein kann. Zum Gastgeber: Gerardo ist ausgesprochen nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wenn etwas benötigt wurde, war er immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit mit einer Antwort beziehungsweise einer Lösung zur Stelle. Darüber hinaus kann man direkt bei ihm Ausflüge organisieren. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

I came for a yoga and meditation retreat. This was the perfect 1 bedroom home to base myself, kitchen to cook each day, nice hill to go for morning walking and hikes, large lounge and balcony to practice my morning yoga. Good internet to do my work at the computer. Good air conditioning to keep cool when in the house. Lizzet was always responsive and helpful. High recommend.

I had a wonderful , comfortable stay here. I highly recommend this place. I booked last-minute and Jaime was promptly responsive. Easy self-check-in, with clear instructions. Everything was perfect, I had everything I needed. Great cozy bed, covered secure parking inside a gate, nice little pool, great spacious deck. I can’t say enough good things about this space.

This was the perfect location for being surrounded by nature while being close to the beach and conveniences of town. Joe’s place was clean and comfortable. The view is spectacular. Definitely will be back.
