Lovely little gite in the most stunning area at the foot of the castle and overlooking a walnut orchard. Close to many towns and areas of outstanding beauty and interest such as La Roque-Gageac and the ancient fort, Gran Roc with its incredible caves and Salat. Very peaceful place to stay with a delightful bistro 5 minutes walk and walking distance to the river and beach/canoe hire

The accommodation was perfect, it met our needs, the self check-in allowed us to enjoy our wedding evening without asking questions. The house is large, clean and practical. The garden is very nice with amenities for children. Finally, thank you to our great host for being understanding and adapting very well to the situation. Very nice discovery for a short stay. The premises are quiet with a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. The hosts are friendly, caring and proactive. The accommodation is very nice and very well equipped. It is located in the countryside 5 minutes from Brive-la-Gaillarde and less than 15 minutes from the beautiful Lake Causse.

Delphine is a lovely and attentive hostess. The apartment is even more beautiful than in the already beautiful pictures and is cleverly equipped: there are not quite a lot of things, but exactly what you need. Like on the plateau, where the space is not primarily occupied by people, cars and things, but by nature, the sounds of trees and animals and the vastness of the meadows. We were enchanted by everything and were able to air out our big city fatigue. It was nice to meet Xavier and the cats, Hermes and Tulipe💚. Thank you! It was really nice in every way.

Everything is done to feel at home there! nothing is missing! the environment is beautiful and absolutely quiet! it's an address that I keep precious!!

We had a wonderful time in the idyllically located apartment of Christiane and Bernard. Everything was as described, the spacious space and the unique view even exceeded our expectations. The hosts are particularly friendly and helpful and responded to our questions within a very short time. The place is the perfect base from which to explore the area rich in attractions and attractions. We just regret that we don't speak French, we would have liked to have talked to the charming hosts for longer😉.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We were met by Laurent's colleague who showed us how to lock the door from the inside. We didn't realize that locking the door from the outside (and unlocking it) would be such a challenge. But Laurent and his wife were readily available both times we needed instructions. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. In addition to the Nespresso, we appreciated the electric coffee maker with filters provided so we could make a pot of coffee. What stood out- 2 towels plus face cloth per person, the terrace, and a typewritten booklet by the owner with specific info in French and English about the apartment and area. Highly recommend this apartment and we would definitely stay again!

My sister and I had an exceptional stay in this dream place. Corinne and Keith are welcoming and warm hosts. The view from the terrace is splendid and the layout of the pool area is enchanting. This place of life in the middle of nature has regenerated us. A big thank you to Corinne and Keith!

Sophie is a very welcoming and pleasant host, responsive. Clean accommodation, very good bedding. you have enough to keep you busy, tours, walks... Don't hesitate to go to Sylvie and Didier's without so much as a second thought. You will be very well received and guided according to what you want to do during your stay.

Perfect location right on the Dordogne, you are virtually with your feet in the water. We were in the upper apartment with a conservatory-like porch with sliding windows, so that no matter what time of year the view of the river is fantastic. There, sitting at the large table, you can eat, have a drink in the evening or simply watch the hustle and bustle on the river (only canoes/kayaks, no motorized boats). The small terrace is also facing the river side, but you can also have a picnic or use deck chairs in the large garden. The small kiosk on the beach in front of the apartment has excellent small dishes. We were also thrilled with the surroundings, as you can do different sightseeing every day. Everything was just great here. We will be happy to come back. Thank you, dear Celia, for your incredible kindness and hospitality!

Sylvie's accommodation is really nice, clean, tidy and tastefully decorated, 2 steps from the central square of Saint-Léo. The bedding is very comfortable. We didn't want for anything, Sylvie thought of everything! And she made us a hearty pantry for breakfasts (industrial pain au chocolat, milk bread, toast, spread, honey, jam, cereal, muesli, yogurt, orange juice etc... Don't hesitate!

My wife and I stayed at this apartment recently for seven nights. Communication with the host, Muriel, was excellent from start to finish. Check in and out was straight forward as Muriel picked us up at the station and her husband dropped us off. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, only a two or three minute walk from the centre. It is well equipped for making meals, despite not having an oven, has a lovely balcony and is quiet, especially at night. It also has the bonus of an underground parking space although a small car is required. I would certainly recommend this apartment as a base for staying in beautiful Sarlat and visiting surrounding areas.
