Casa Li Cossi

This accommodation’s location is unique and offers a stunning view of the sea, the Li Cossi canyon and the surrounding nature. From the veranda you can see beautiful sunsets (for several months of the year it can be seen directly into the sea) and from the terrace you can admire the sunrise over the peaks of surrounding hills. The sea, where the path to the famous sandy beach of Li Cossi begins, is 900 m on foot or 2.2 km by car. The house is 950 m from the center.

Small country house in northern Sardinia

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

Only a few steps from the sea, but also from mini-markets, cafe's and restaurants, the house has the added value of not having to take the car for small errands. As designers, I (Sabrina) and my boyfriend Daniele decided to buy this apartment and restore it to its original condition, respecting the design and materials of the 70s. Surrounded by greenery and in complete tranquility, it is reached via a short stretch of unpaved road. Located on a large private property with a large garden and orchard with attention to detail. Freshwater pool, large barbecue area, wood-fired oven, outdoor veranda equipped with all comforts.

Villa La Cuata

An oasis of peace in one of the most evocative places in Northern Sardinia, Costa Paradiso. Enjoy a unique sunset from the two terraces, with spectacular views of the Asinara and the Bocche di Bonifacio. The house has an equipped kitchen, a large living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Wi-Fi is also available, but we doubt you'll use it. Five minutes by car from the sea, surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden.
