Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. In the bathroom, you will find soap and shampoo at your disposal. There are a couple of bicycles to borrow if you want to discover the surroundings. You'll love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning to night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, the wildlife. The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime.
