Cozy apartment near ERM and mother river.

The apartment is located in the beautiful Tartu River area in a new residential area, away from the city noise, but at the same time close enough. The apartment is very cozy and offers everything necessary for life. Comfort is added by a large balcony with furniture and separate private entrance. The nearest location of Emajõgi River is just 15 min walk. Around the river there are beautiful views of nature and many swimming places. In addition to the mother river, there is an ERM near the apartment and a house upside down. Beautiful Town Hall and downtown just 10 minutes away by car.

Welcome to our cozy little garden house with a sauna! It's located in Supilinn - a bohemian wooden housing area just 15 minutes walking from the centre. The surrounding area includes many parks and the river Emajõgi. You can stay overnight in the green milieu and experience the real Estonian wooden heated sauna. Sleeping room for 2 but the sauna can fit up to 5 people. Bus N.13 will drive you from bus station within 10 minutes. We also have a cat and a dog on the premises, but they're friendly.

Sweet studio near the centre

Cosy apartment in a wooden building situated next to the historical Toomemägi park. Scenic walk through the park will take you to the town hall square in 10 minutes. A romantic cafe Mandel just at the end of my street has perfect coffee and cakes for breakfast. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away, train station 12 minutes, bus station 25 minutes. A beautiful walk to the Estonian National Museum takes 45 minutes. Aparaaditehas - Tartu's creative city with restaurants and shops - 12 minutes.

We enjoyed our stay at Mariin's place. The accommodation not only met, but exceeded our expectations. We would have liked to have stayed much longer. Those who are looking for a great view of the forest with peace and quiet and time for relaxation are absolutely in good hands here. The apartment was very clean, especially the kitchen! Mariin's recommendations for dinner, bakery and activities are of the highest quality. We will be happy to come back. Wishing Mariin and her family all the best until then and thank you for the wonderful stay.

Good accommodation, good location, there is a store 3 minutes' walk away, the city center is not far away. The apartment is quite large, spacious, it's great! The light in the bathroom flashes a little, the bedroom is an interior room so there is no window, I guess in summer it is hot. The hostess is always available and very attentive, so I am very happy ☺️

This was a comfortable place for us to stay. The screens on the windows are a nice bonus and the sauna is fantastic on a chilly morning. I think there's a little more traffic than usual due to construction a few streets over, but very quiet at night.
