South-facing, a 5-10 minute walk from the village of Charmey and the ski lifts, it includes 2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and desk, one with 2 single beds, sofa and large TV), a shower room with toilet, a fitted kitchen with dining area, and a terrace with panoramic views. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a chalet and is accessible via an interior staircase (no lift).

Possibility of multiple walks, close to the beautiful Gastlosen mountain range, the town of Gruyères, the Moléson and the Cailler house. Close-by shops and restaurants.

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.

In a large 17th century chalet, surrounded by nature (small village 500 m away), this well-equipped studio, (30 square meters) very quiet, can accommodate 1 to 3 people. On-site parking, car required except for walkers. A 140/200 bed, a small 90/190 bed, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen. For those who appreciate having a beautiful view and who love the authenticity of an old chalet. Possibility to eat outside. Close to Charmey.
