Holiday rentals with a sauna in Val-de-Marne

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay here. We have grown children so the ability to spread out and have some space is key. My husband and I took the top floor and each kid took a lower floor. The place was clean and nice and in a great location. We walked everywhere, and the Metro was convenient as well. There are also a couple hidden gem restaurants on the immediate cross street (Scugnizzo & Table Remarquable) and wonderful local bakeries, butchers, cheese shops and fruit stands. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for hosting us. The apartment is impeccably clean. Everything you might need for you stay. Very cozy -even a jacuzzi and sauna! The neighbourhood is one of my favourite in Paris. This Airbnb was perfect.. excellent location to walk to all Paris sites, loved the sauna as a way to relax every evening, so many food venues no need to cook or grocery shop, recommend buy a bottle of wine and snacks and sit on the canal and watch all the hub-bub Was a great location and place to stay.. as well as right by the Metro B line direct to the airport

We really enjoyed our stay here. it's a funky little place that looks just like the photos. The hammam was a unique feature that we did use after long days of walking throughout Paris. The furnishings and decor really maximized the use of the small apartment and gave the impression of a much larger space. Very comfortable spot!

Great evening, the bathroom is great (and the decor is also)! We had problems with the internet and hot water but I will put that down to "bad luck" because other comments do not go in this direction (and a technician will come by for the internet).

I would 1000% stay at Kaza Bella again. It’s location was perfect . We checked out so many nice local spots in the neighborhood that were walking distance. The home itself is luxurious and modern. A nice sanctuary in the city. The hosts were exceptional and clearly very experienced in property management and cultivating guest experiences. They even offered complimentary cleaning and refreshment of the amenities during our stay which I thought was a standout offering compared to other hosts. It’ll be hard to unsee this level of comfort in the next space I travel to!

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

So, so good! Ana was extremely responsive and kind. Was a bit lost coming into the country but her instructions were my saving grace. Can’t wait to stay another time. The ambiance, visit, decoration. Incredible

It was a great stay! The whole family was super nice and it was fun to talk to them about differences between our countries and world events! The 19th is an area you may not go to unless staying here, but it is definitely worth checking out. The canal is close by and beautiful, as is La Villette with the symphony and science center. Cool area and nice hosts!

I spent three weeks in Laurence's apartment for professional reasons. It is very quiet, well decorated, pleasant, functional and very well-equipped. Located close to the banks of the Marne and Old Saint-Maur, it enjoys a beautiful environment. It also allows easy and quick access to central Paris. Laurence was a very responsive and thoughtful host.

Charles was a great host, very accommodating and super helpful. His place was fantastic and a really unique stay in Paris. Will definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay, very well decorated and maintained and Zarko is a fantastic host, very helpful and responsive.

The four of us felt very comfortable in the townhouse and found the creative furnishings very extraordinary, which is designed with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen is a bit cramped due to the large table, but all the other rooms were a very good size. The bathrooms are very modern and the beds comfortable, with the beds in the children's room unfortunately squeaking. You have many shops nearby and you can walk to the nearest metro station in 10 minutes.
