Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Val-des-Prés

Very well supplied with everything we needed to stay comfortably and cook extensively. It’s a great location for watching the world go buy, easy access to slopes and an incredible view

We spent three nights in this cozy little studio. We never met Chantal, but we were in direct contact with her. She was very available. The accommodation was perfect, both for its location and for its qualities of calm, cleanliness, amenities. The bed was very good, the sofa bed easy to unfold or fold. Many instructions were given in writing, which may be surprising at first but ultimately proved to be very useful. We had a great time as a couple. It was the weekend of Ascension, the resort was almost dead, which allowed us to enjoy the calm. As indicated in the description, a child can be accommodated, but no more people. Two was perfect. We highly recommend this place. Thank you Chantal!

We had a wonderful stay at Chris' apartment. The apartment is excellently equipped and ideal for our family of six. Everything was sufficiently available, from kitchen equipment to towels. The decor is very lovingly designed, with great taste in the furniture and bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was of top quality. The balcony and the view were a real treat and offered the perfect peace to relax. The description of the arrival was clear and helpful, and the contact with the host was always very good. We would definitely recommend this apartment and will be happy to come back!

Xavier is the perfect host and provided a safe, secure and spotless apartment that is full of alpine charm. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful meal in La Grange and La Cantine de Tom. Everything is close by. The ski pass/lifts are a short walk. The intermarche is 7 minutes walk and even closer is a Carrefour. Nice Pizza below the apt. We will recommend to our friends. The deposit was returned on the same day as departure. Communication and assistance we're perfect.

We had a lovely stay at Emilie's apartment during our ski holiday. The apartment is beautifully located with nice views over the mountains. We stayed with 5 people (2 adults and 3 kids) in the apartment. The apartment is definitely spacious enough for this. The kitchen is equipped with all common appliances. Due to windows on the side and back, the living room feels nice and spacious. In the village itself there is a mini shop and a cozy restaurant (definitely try the raclette!) The ski bus leaves at the entrance of the complex, but you can also easily get to Saint Jean d'Arves by car. There is plenty of parking there. The pool is wonderfully warm and gives wonderful relaxation after a day of skiing.

The apartment is in an excellent location, with the ski locker on the same floor and then a very very short distance to the slope. Oliver was very responsive before and during the stay. I would recommend the underground parking. The apartment WiFi is for single user, however (weaker) local area WiFi also available. Great shower with hot water at all times, and the heated towel rail was a bonus. As others have reported, the views from the balcony are beautiful.

Very cozy apartment, very well equipped, high quality furniture and bedding. A breathtaking view of the mountain. Ski-in/ski-out and a 5-minute walk from the few shops of first necessity. A great stay in this small resort that makes it easy to go skiing throughout the great Alpe d 'Huez estate.

I would definitely recommend this place from Béatrice and Fernando. They check in with you to welcome you as best they can and in person (which is becoming rare, because often you have to do with a key box). The accommodation was extremely clean and very well-equipped, and a private parking space awaits you. There is a shuttle bus downstairs so it's really convenient. It's a very nice resort that my wife and I enjoyed. You'll have a lovely week. I recommend snowshoeing with the ESF. The instructor who supervises the outings, Lionel, is a character that I let you discover.

Really Nice, modern and roomy appartement. Excellent beds were really appreciated after skiing. Same for the sauna in the building.

Great week at Antoine's. His apartment is very convenient and not small for 3. There's room!! We couldn't enjoy the terrace as we would have liked but in summer it is a real plus. Thanks for this week

apartment in a good location in the Odalys residence ( 4 stars...damage reception hours too short ). Vars ste Marie a little secluded and no animation in the evening. otherwise apartment at the foot of a track: nickel.

Large, well-equipped accommodation and only 5 minutes by car from the cable car. The cottage is cozy, clean and very functional. With its laundry room equipped for drying ski equipment, the garage and the 2 outdoor parking spaces, the chalet is ideal for a winter snow stay. Good welcome with Aglaé and easy and quick communication with owner Élodie.

This summer, we had a very pleasant family stay in this cottage which was very comfortable, and well equipped with a very nice view. The setting is just splendid in the middle of the Savoyard mountains. Gilles is available and proactive, the communication was effective and the welcome was at the top . For a quiet and relaxing holiday, this is the place to come! The best part is the access to the heated swimming pool of the residence, which is very appreciated. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice host who kindly booked us a restaurant . Large bed and bathroom attached , all very clean and comfortable Hearty breakfast with homemade pancakes! I recommend it!

Beautiful and peaceful location in the old town with stunning views of the valley and very close to the ski lift that takes you to the top of Val Thorens (Orelle pistes are middle station). Clearly recently renovated to a very high standard; the furnishing and lighting are out of a designer catalogue and would not be out of place in high-end Parisienne hotel. Great facilities like projector TV's, peloton, gym, sauna and ski & bike storages in the cellars. Special mention to the wifi, I have no idea how they have got 380 Mbps (which is super fast) in a mountain location like this. Love this place, will definitely going back.

Exceptional! We, our two teenagers, our two little ones of 6 and 2 and our dog LOVED IT! Everyone found their happiness in the house. Pros: The setting is beautiful. Close proximity to farms that sell great products, great walks or not far by car, a station 45’drive away. Eric is a legendary responsiveness, communication with him is clear. The house is spotless, there are all the necessary amenities, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the cinema room and the jacuzzi🤩🤩🤩, the garden is a perfect size, several spaces to rest, everyone can find a corner to be quiet, games available for all ages, in short we were absolutely won over. We have absolutely no complaints to make. Thanks again Eric. We hope to come back next time with some snow 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Thanks so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay while in Les Orres. The location of the house is fabulous, 10 minutes drive to ski slopes. Very quiet and cozy, with magnificent views and big jacuzzi. What more could you ask for? It felt like a little home away from home. We cant wait to come back!

We had a wonderful two weeks at Michel and Geraldine’s fabulous house in the Haute-Alpes. The area is beautiful and the view from the house itself is stunning. The house has everything one would require and more - our kids loved the indoor swimming pool and the downstairs basketball/table tennis/badminton etc area, plus the pétanque outside! The house can be warm at night but fans are provided and breezes can easily be created through the windows and doors on all sides. The kitchen and all other areas are fully equipped, excellent WiFi etc. Very much recommend!
