L'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano (4°) Passando dal retro della casa si dovrà solo fare un piano a piedi per raggiungere l'appartamento. The space, formerly designated as the Municipal Hall, still retains the charm of past years with its vaulted ceiling and a large fresco representing the coat of arms of the municipality. A truly one-of-a-kind space. In addition, for an extra touch of history and prestige, the apartment is located in a building that was owned by the noble counts Thun Filippini a few centuries ago.

Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.
