Small but nice, quiet studio (one flight of stairs down, its shore, bike and sidewalk). Protected, enclosed terrace with furniture/umbrella/tables/bike parking. Bed super, towel change offered. Very friendly, extremely fast and helpful communication. Aldi and boulangerie 500 m, Champs elysee 12 km by bike, gare l'est 9.5 km, Eiffel Tower 13 km. Very nice hosts*******

We had a great weekend at Evangeline's house. A real quiet moment on the banks of the Seine. The house is very well-equipped and the bedding is comfortable. We'd be happy to go back.

2 nights in this nice studio for my parents, they loved it! They were able to easily walk along the Ourcq Canal and the Gare du Vert Galant is just a stone's throw from the apartment. I made the reservation for them given the nearby amenities I knew, they were not disappointed. The studio was very clean when I arrived for check-in, I was pleasantly surprised by the calm and the setting that it offers. For a short stay or a quiet night "away" from the city, I recommend it. Felix was a great host. Easy to follow directions and instructions were available and Felix was always responsive and fast the few times that I messaged him.. the apartment was clean and tidy and pictures were accurate.GREAT balcony and outdoor porch! Thanks for everything Felix!

Definitely will be recommend the place. Vladimir is so responsive when communicating. The place is easy access and secured. During our stay, when we are going to get in train station there is a man always asking for a euro. My kids got scared. Anyway, the place, I can’t complain as it is so clean. Worth coming back.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We visited with our family (5&2). The children had lots of room to run around outside. Thierry even put on the sprinklers for us to cool down. The kids had a blast. The accomodation itself was perfect for us. It was clean, had games, tv and books. He had some dishwasher tablets and washing machine tabs which were a lifesaver the night before our family wedding!! There was a big rotating fan in each room. We were also very thankful for the coffee and cool water provided by the host. He was very generous with his time and assisted whenever he could. We wish you all the luck with your future plans for this property and will hopefully return someday.

Very pleasant accommodation, well-located and quiet. Perfect for visiting Chantilly and the surrounding area. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thierry was a great host and very helpful. So much so we extended our stay for another two night. Thierry’s wife was also great and suggested a lovely little creperie (L’tang D’Art) which is a must visit. Our favourite bar to sit outside and watch the sun go down was Diane on the square in Lamorlaye. Will be back 😎

We loved Barbara's little house! It is cool in the hot season, which is very appreciable. Everything was perfect - the advice, the welcome, the communication, the place - and we were able to enjoy this beautiful region for a weekend. We would gladly come back in winter to enjoy the fireplace!

I was able to stay at Thierry's place: very quiet, spacious, very spacious. Each of the cottages has a terrace where you can sunbathe while looking at the equestrian buildings all around. There is a very large lawn in front of the cottages where children can run and play safely. The space was better than the photos, bigger. We can come to several families on several apartments because they form a beautiful set. Thierry is a very nice host.
