Vous pourrez bénéficier de la terrasse au bord de la rivière Hyrôme, partir en ballade en barque. Accès facile à de nombreux chemins de randonnée au coeur du vignoble. Proche de nombreux sites touristiques; visites de caves. Animaux de compagnie acceptés.

Very quiet and bucolic environment, two kilometers from the center of Brissac and 15 minutes from the center of Angers. Authentic tuffeau and slate farmhouse, in a charming environment, with an area of 85 m2 with private terrace.

NOUVEAU Cottage chaleureux et accueillant de 40m2, située à côté du site naturel de la vallée de l'hyrôme, en plein cœur des vignobles. Lieu calme et atypique; il mélange un lieu de repos et de détente mais aussi un espace de "brocante". Des meubles anciens ont été revisités et relookés afin d'avoir une nouvelle vie. Des objets ont été chinés et dénichés. Ma passion est de pouvoir faire "revivre" ces objets oubliés. Un petit voyage dans le temps...

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

Character house in charming village

St Aubin de Luigné is classified as a charming village, located in the heart of the Côteaux du Layon. You can discover it on foot, by bike or by electric scooter. We are located on a hiking trail on the banks of the Layon, close to the Loire by bike. You can canoe, kayak or sail on a traditional "toue" boat on the Loire and Maine. You will also have the opportunity to visit the castles of the Loire (Angers, Saumur Serrant, etc...).

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Cocon des Pins – House with Balneotherapy and Sauna

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed.
