C’est au cœur d’une nature préservée, entre la Loire et Louet, et à seulement 15 minutes du cœur d’Angers que Laure Gasnier et sa famille vous accueillent à La Petite Boire. Longère typique de l’Anjou, notre maison est une ancienne ferme chanvrière* construite au milieu du 19ème siècle en bois, tuffeau et ardoise. Pour accéder à la Loire et au sentier du ruisseau des Moulins, vous emprunterez le GR 3 au départ de la maison.🌳 Vous pourrez aussi profiter des nombreuses activités estivales : vélo, canoé, balades en bateau, concerts/guinguettes...🌻

Lovely cottage from the 19th century with exposed beams and original tiles. Large garden, near the river with a barbecue area and garden furniture. Quiet environment in the countryside, all commodities, supermarkets, boulangeries as well as local towns markets are 5 minutes away. A lovely summer restaurant by the river is within short distance. Various hiking and cycling trails nearby ("La Loire à vélo" goes nearby our house), as well as vineyards and castles to visit. Performing wifi.

In Beaulieu-sur-Layon, we welcome you to our refurbished late 19th century gîte. In the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyards, 25 minutes' drive from Angers, you will find a suitable place for a bike stop (Loire à Vélo) or to discover the Anjou Noir by strolling through the vineyards or along an old railway adjoining the estate. Decorated it with Japanese furniture following our stay in Tokyo. We speak French, Dutch, English and Spanish.
