La salle de bain est entièrement rénovée avec baignoire et sèche serviette. Toilette séparé. La loggia vous permet de profiter de l'extérieur avec vue sur les montagnes.

Studio with a view of the slopes, fully equipped and located at the La Colmiane ski resort. It sleeps 4 with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. Linens and bath towels are provided at no extra charge. The toilet and the bathroom are separate. There are several storage spaces available at the entrance and in the living space. We have fully equipped the studio so that you do not miss anything. Free parking at the bottom of the building with disabled space.

The nest

Once called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. It was there that the milk was transformed into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was tied up.Tools,seeds, harvests ,were also stored in the arbec. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

Equipped ground floor studio with a quick access from a free car parking. You will find a comfortable sofa-bed easy to unfold and fold up. Also a overlaid bed 90 x 190 cm. The kitchen is equipped by a washing machine, induction cooker and a microwave. The bathroom is all brend new with a large shower and towel warmer. The toilets are separated.

The apartment ,Ground floor of the chalet,is located in a quiet residential area with panoramic views of the Mercantour three kilometers from the center of the beautiful village of Saint Martin Vésubie.La Colmiane and Le Boréon, are 10 minutes by car. I live on site and therefore am very available to guests.
