Cute 1 1/2 bedroom retreat

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Brand new furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV and WIFI. Walking distance to drug store, grocery store and restaurants. One bedroom but also has a room with a futon which opens up and will sleep one adult or two small children. A great get-away.
