Better than described. Exquisite condition, with lots of the little unexpected things which make you feel welcomed, like mouth wash dispenser, variety of coffee, tea and hot chocolate options. Highly recommend and would love to stay again. Wendy is very responsive and provides clear communication and instructions for accessing the unit and checking out. Thanks Wendy for helping make the trip with my young son comfortable.

Great place and hosts, well equipped with everything you need for a lovely stay, very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend and sad we could only stay one night.

I’ve been staying at Air BnBs for over a decade. This is hands down the most organized and thoughtful place we have stayed. So organized and they pay attention to every detail making the house easy to enjoy. Everything you need to find is labeled and easy to find. Plenty of instructions to run the spa and pool. The barbecue area was a dream. Their place reminds me a lot of the places we have rented in Baja (Cabo and La Paz). Beautiful dessert landscape, covered and private front patio was perfect for morning coffee, pool was amazing and kept the kids busy and not bored at all while in the AV. Bonus, if there the right time of year the U Pick cherry orchard is just a quick 8 minute ride over the hill.

We truly enjoyed our stay—our two little ones had such a great time they didn’t want to leave the pool, and I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi.

Absolutely wonderful. Responsive host, nice neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. Absolutely perfect.

im writing this review for my dad because this was my graduation trip and i got to choose the bnb, i just want to say that my friend and i loved this house it was extremely beautiful and the area was super peaceful , it was a close drive to all the places i wanted to go to and shop at, GOODE HOMES had everything we needed and checked in regularly and were super nice, we’re definitely coming back!

We LOVED LOVED LOVED Elizabeth’s place soooooo much!!! We were completely wow’s by her accommodation & hosting. She brought us extra fruit on top of providing us with breakfast with all fixings you could possibly ask for our entire trip. Her coffee was delicious & the tea selection was incredible. She even left us a cooler of drinks & delicious snacks after we went to the football game nearby at the Rose Bowl. My girlfriend & I have stayed at over one-hundred Airbnbs combined & Elizabeth was by far the best host we have ever had. We felt so at home with her lovely decor, comfortable amenities, & safe surroundings. This was an airbnb experience we will always cherish & never forget. We hope to be back soon. Thank you so much Elizabeth for everything. We cannot stop talking about your place to our friends, family, uber drivers, ect ect. Your kindness & attention to detail is unmatched. Love John & Fabi

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and set up with everything I needed. The host was and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. The location was perfect and felt safe. I will say the walls were pretty thin and the neighbors could be heard and the door keypad malfunctioned once but the host was very quick to help us get in, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing spot, very spacious Airbnb with large bathroom and kitchen. Location wa perfect- close to Burbank and downtown LA, in a safe neighborhood with a private parking spot and plenty of free street parking for any extra friends or guests you may have with you! Hosts were accommodating and responsive. My ONLY complaint is the mattress - it was very firm, with zero give, felt like sleeping on the floor. We do not like hard/extremely firm beds, so this was not for us. The couch bed in the living room space was also not the most comfortable. The reason I include this info about the bed for the public to read is because I’m someone who is extremely picky about beds when I’m on vacation, I like to feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud or a nice fluffy mattress, which always makes the vacation experience all that much better and contributes to a good nights sleep. This mattress needs a memory foam mattress pad, and then we would 💯 stay here again! Everything else about the place was great!

Great stay, check in was extremely easy with clear instructions. Apartment was clean and cozy, kitchen had all you could ask for. Bed and pillows were absolutely perfect,super comfortable. Couch was cozy and excellent to relax and watch a movie in front of a huge 85inch tv. Restroom was clean and shower pressure was great only missing a blow dryer but was able to survive without it. Mini arcade system was a total plus had son and I engaged on it for a good while. Check out was clear and easy. Would highly recommend 10/10 would love to come back again.

This was a nice, convenient, and clean little place to stay in Silverlake. Sarah responded to messages quickly, communicated all of the important info clearly, and it was easy to get into. I will echo a couple of reviewers on here about its quirk - there are no windows and it can feel bunker-like if you stay inside too long. It also might be too small for 2 people. I didn't have a car and there are 2 grocery stores and a few restaurants within a five minute walk, and it's about a 20-25 minute walk to the cute strip of Silverlake with shops/restaurants/etc. It's a great place for someone who plans to be out a lot of the day.

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. The apartment is in a resort-style complex with a great pool and gym; the location was perfect for us. Thanks, Julia, for making our stay memorable.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Giselle and Ali are amazing hosts and we always enjoy our stay in their beautiful unit :) We’d definitely visit again soon!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Pari’s place is bigger than it appears in the photos- really nice space. Modern and comfortable, fully outfitted kitchen, and plenty of towels/amenities. Contrary to other reviewers, I didn’t find the parking to be tough. I rented an SUV and just backed into the space without a problem - I can see how it would be tough for someone if they headed in- just do a three point turn up front and you’ll be fine :) One last comment- the location can’t be beat! Walking distance to so much (including one of my favorite restaurants, Green Street). And less than 15 minutes to Occidental College, where I was attending events. Great stay. Thanks Pari!

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!
