Apartment holiday rentals in Valencia

The apartment so good and the location is soo good just transportation was difficult to go to Valencia city but because they renew and change the bus stations The apartment is exactly like photos and equipment more than you think Even chairs and umbrella for the beach Maria is really professional.

Pedro’s flat was great. The location couldn’t be better. You’re surrounded by bars and restaurants and a nice supermarket literally a couple of doors down from the building. Also the historic center and the beach are 15 minutes away. The place is exactly how you see in the pictures. The air conditioner works great and the beds were comfortable. We only wished we had an extra pillow.There was only one pillow per person. But that’s just me being picky. Pedro communicated well with me and was very helpful. We will return and highly recommend his place.

Mi estancia en este piso fue excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, perfecta para explorar la ciudad a pie. El apartamento estaba impecable: limpio, ordenado y muy cómodo. Lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue José como anfitrión. Su atención y dedicación me recordaron a los inicios de Airbnb, cuando los hosts realmente se esmeraban en darte consejos locales y hacerte sentir como en casa. Además, tuvo el detalle de ofrecerme una pequeña muestra de la ciudad, lo que hizo mi experiencia aún más especial. ¡Sin duda, lo recomiendo y repetiría!

Die Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer und man kann den großen gepflegten Pool für die Anlage mitbenutzen. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, den man problemlos kostenlos vor dem Haus parken kann und so ist man in 20 Minuten mitten in Valencia. Es gibt aber auch eine gut funktionierende Busverbindung. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt direkt am Meer, sehr gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung sehr gut eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Nähe waren viele Supermärkte und der wunderschöne Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Unterkunft sauber und komfortabel. Lage gut um ohne Auto ein paar entspannteTage zu verbringen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett nicht zum Strand, sondern Richtung Shoppingcenter (laut/hell bei geöffneten Fenster)

Het huis is mooi en modern. Het is voorzien van alle gemakken. We hebben er een fijn verblijf gehad. Er komt wel wat geluid vanaf de straat, het is best wel gehorig. De wijk is ook erg leuk, veel restaurants in de buurt.

Hemos pasado una semana genial en este apartamento. Muy tranquilo con vistas a la playa y todos los servicios necesarios para disfrutar de unos días de vacaciones. Javi un superanfrition que estuvo en todo momento pendiente y nos hizo recomendaciones. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario. Repetiremos seguro porque en pocos sitios he estado tan agusto.

An amazing apartment that is in a perfect location right by the Central Market and the rest of the old town of Valencia. Konstantin was great and allowed a slightly earlier check in. The apartment had everything you needed for both a short or long term stay. Can't rate it highly enough! Only issue was some noise outside at night but that's to be expected with such a central location.

Brilliant apartment in a fantastic location. We had a great time exploring Valencia and Frank's place is an ideal base for your stay.

Eine schöne Unterkunft im Herzen der Stadt. Man ist schnell im Park oder bei der Kathedrale. Die Wohnung war für drei Leute auch groß genug. Wir würden auch beim nächsten Besuch versuchen die Wohnung wieder zu Buchen.

l’appartamento e’ in pieno centro, in posizione strategica x visitare tutti i principali monumenti nel centro della città e sotto casa c’è un’ampia offerta di locali, ristoranti.E’ confortevole, luminoso, pulito. L’host ci ha accolto personalmente, all’orario stabilito e risponde sempre in caso di bisogno.

Siamo stati per 1 settimana ospiti in questa casa bellissima, pulita e in ordine. A pochi passi dalla metropolitana e collegata con tutti gli altri mezzi possibili della città. Abbiamo anche conosciuto i ragazzi che stavano nell abitazione accanto, con cui abbiamo sentito stretto amicizia. Per il resto la vacanza è stata piacevole

El apartamento muy bien cuidado y limpio, perfecto para estar unos días y relajarse

Carla fue muy atenta y amable y nos dio una cálida bienvenida. El apartamento mejor aún que lo que se veía en las fotos, estaba decorado con muy buen gusto, impecablemente limpio y tenía todo los necesario. La zona es muy tranquila y bonita para relajarse y descansar cerca del mar. Super recomendable y esperamos poder repetir en cuanto podamos.

El apartamento es estupendo, la ubicación excelente y el anfitrión ha sido muy atento y amable en todo momento.

Ich habe mich in dem Apartment rundum wohlgefühlt! Es war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und gemütlich, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühl. Vielen Dank

Nos ha encantado este alojamiento! Pilar una anfitriona espectacular, siempre pendiente. El apartamento estaba impecable y con muchos detallitos por parte de la anfitriona, cafe, leche, agua, bombones… Una casa preciosa, decorada con gusto, confortable. La urbanizaciòn también genial, plaza de garaje, piscina, zonas ajardinadas y tranquilidad. A todo esto añadir a 5 min paseando a la playa y al lado de restaurantes, bares, tiendas y supemercados. Pilar también nos recomendò un par de sitios para comer y comprar que nos vinieron muy bien. Un sitio para repetir sin ninguna duda!!! Gracias Pilar!!!

Our flight was delayed by 45 mins. We communicated with host about this due to needing to meet someone to collect keys. She told us that there was a fee of €25 if we were arriving later than 10pm. We managed to arrive just before 10pm but were still charged the €25. Little disappointed with this but overall a great experience. Lovely apartment with good facilities and nice beds. Very clean and child friendly.

Vi bodde två veckor i Veronicas fina lägenhet. Allt var mycket bra i boendet. Mycket välutrustad kök. Du kan nästan laga vilken maträtt du vill där, utrustningen räcker till var du än vill göra för maträtt. Ett par minuters promenad till stranden och det finns två fina strandstolar till förfogande. Wi-Fi är bra. Området är mycket lugnt och tryggt. En stor fin pool och en mycket välvårdad trädgård att njuta av. Bra bussförbindelse till centrum. Det tar cirka 40 minuter. Vill du ha en skön semester så hyr Veronicas lägenhet!

Amazing apartment in a quiet area. Marisa is very helpful and we can find everything we need. There is children play area just downstairs and we have all the equipments for play in the apartment like football, mini golf, padel, ping-pong, sands toys… perfect for family with kids. There is a garage with private parking place, only 15min drive to the city center. And supermarket and good breakfast shop in walking distance. Highly recommended!

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés a sétányon, fantasztikus kilátással. Jó az apartman mérete, minden megvolt amire a nyaralás alatt szükség van. A konyha jól felszerelt. Tetszett a medence, jó volt a strandolás után kicsit még úszkálni. Több bolt és étterem található a környéken, bár egy nagyobb bevásárláshoz egy autó azért szükséges, hogy ne kelljen cipekedni.
