It is located on the ground floor, inside a private courtyard that can be used by cars, therefore with free parking next to the accommodation. The complex is generally quiet and in a strategic position to quickly reach the places of interest, even leaving the car parked, still enjoying peace and quiet. The historic center is a few minutes away by foot.

Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Lovely country villa in Bereguardo, located about 1 km from the center of the village in a green and quiet area, within the Ticino Lombard Park. Guests have access to the entire apartment on the upper floor of the villa, with a separate entrance. Suitable for families and friends, accommodates up to 5 people. Outside: swimming pool, garden and barbecue. 3 Bicycles available free of charge. The owners have 2 dogs in their private garden: Creed and Eja.
