This studio-room is located on the ground floor of a family-owned building in the middle of the village of Chavornay. Close to the highway exit, you're not far from the train station. Very convenient and private as you have your own access from the main building. The bathroom/shower/kitchen (all in one area) is located in the hallway outside the room and you'll be the only one to use it. Free parking close to the studio. Please be aware of potential noise from passing cars on the main street.

The studio is located on the ground floor with independent access, has a kitchen area and separate bathroom. The private studio also has a balcony with table and chairs, gas barbecue for alfresco dining, overlooking the Alps.

In an old farmhouse, the apartment is totally independent. Parking space available. The Jacuzzi does not work in winter but in spring. Birds and rooster songs immerse guests in a rural air. Tranquility and ideal base for visiting the region of the foot of the Jura and Lake Neuchâtel by car, on foot or by bike. It's essential to be motorized. If you are allergic to cats, it is better to avoid coming to our place.

The apartment is on the ground floor of our family home in the pretty village of Baulmes. Independent entrance, simply equipped kitchen, adjacent bathroom with bathtub, double/twin bedroom and small living room that can accommodate an extra person or serve as a workspace. It is well suited to spend the night on a bike ride, as a pied-à-terre to visit the Jura region or on a business trip.

It has a terrace, a parking space and is fenced around the plot.

A location that was ultimately too good to become the storage place for the lawnmower and garden tools. Transformation! And here is a nice vacation spot, authentic and well finished. Ideal for cyclists/hikers/students without a lot of means... Lake and wild beach down the street.
